Hotel economico e con poche pretese, colazione davvero scarsa. Nonostante ci siano tanti italiani nell'hotel nessuno alla reception parla italiano. Hotel è collegato bene con i messi pubblici al centro città, ma le informazioni date alla reception sono davvero sc**** e sommarie ( sto ancora cercando la macchina per fare i biglietti del bus alla fermata...). Una sola asciugamano a persona mi sembra davvero poco. Assenza di frigo bar e riassetto camera su richiesta. Parcheggio disponibile ma a pagamento ( non c'è scritto....).

Essentially, this is a youth hostel with private rooms also available. The conveniences are basic, up to 2* standard. No slippers provided, no kettle, no tea set in the room. The public is mostly student groups thus rather noisy (but fun) atmosphere. The view from the rooms facing street is breathtaking, so you have the choice of either enjoy mountain view but suffer from traffic noise or enjoy quiet environment with the view on a supermarket wall :-)

Il personale inizialmente è stato molto maleducato. Per quanto riguarda la cena, indecente totalmente: anche se in orario per la cena, gli ultimi non avrebbero mangiato se le porzioni fossero terminate, e non era nemmeno troppo buono ciò che offrivano.

Sono venuta in questo hotel con la scuola e la pulizia è stata molto scadente, ho trovato dei peli di animale sul letto e polvere e capelli in bagno. Cibo e servizio sgradevoli e personale maleducato. Inoltre i letti e i cuscini non erano nemmeno comodi. Sconsiglio vivamente di venire in questo hotel

This is a budget hotel, you can’t expect many services provides to you. During the Easter holiday, the hotel receives many student tour from all around the world. I would say it is between hotel and youth hostel. However, the helpful staff gave us an excellent experience for all of us. We used the washing machine to wash our clothes. However, there was a problem of it so that after finishing the washing machine, our clothes were totally damp wet and a lot of water inside the washing machine. We spent over three hours to dry our clothes overnight, but the clothes were still extremely wet. The helpful staff (the black gentleman who was wearing glasses) offered us to rewash all the clothes and dry it in their laundry room. When I did the check out, he asked me again did the clothes alright. We can feel his caring and many thanks for his professional help. Otherwise, I can’t imagine how can we carry on our travel journey with the damp clothes.

Siamo rimasti un po’ delusi. Speravamo di trovare soluzione semplice e comoda per Salisburgo ma questa struttura non ha rispettato le aspettative. Il personale di staff alla reception non è particolarmente accogliente e non si preoccupa minimamente di provare ad aiutare gli ospiti. Ci hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio pur non essendocene assolutamente bisogno perché di fronte o nei dintorni dello shopping center a cui è unito c’è sempre posto. Hanno un deposito bagagli scarsamente custodito con nemmeno delle etichette di riconoscimento. Chiunque accede con chiave e fa nella stanza ciò che vuole. La nostra camera, una familiare, era per dimensione e arredamento esattamente come da foto e descrizione ma il livello di pulizia era molto molto basso. Lenzuola bucate. Anche spazi comuni in disordine e poco puliti ( cucina, corridoi con moquette sporche, ascensore, reception e ingresso). Visto il livello di pulizia non abbiamo richiesto la colazione. La stanza pur essendo privata viene rifatta solo su richiesta. Insomma soluzione mediamente economica ma con standard minimi di pulizia non soddisfacenti.

Had a very nice stay in early march. I made a mistake and accidentally booked my dorm for two people instead of one. The front desk staff was great with helping me out. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to cancel the extra reservation on their end since it was already confirmed but they gave me all the tools so I could remedy my faux pas. The room was spacious and the mattress was super comfy! The shower had excellent water pressure, which you don’t always get in a hostel. My only critique is that I wish the laundry room and kitchen were separate and that the guest kitchen was bigger. It’s only big enough for one person to cook, two if you have no sense of personal space. Other than that everything was great, if you’re more of a party hostel girlie this is not the place but for an introvert who enjoys the quiet this is perfect.

Rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were also very helpful and nice !! The hotel is well connected with the city Center - the tram is just outside the hotel and there are supermarkets near the hotel - which is great because you can buy everyrhing you need it you forget some things (which was the case). I really enjoyed it and totally recommend it.
