Bad location, very small room although we had Superior and weird toilet. It's 5 star but doesn't have gym

The hotel has been opened not long ago with 115 rooms that you can choose from. The building itself carries a long history of Salzburg and its right opposite the Salzburg Congress building where there are many tourist attractions within walking distances. Hotel staffs are very friendly and speak excellent English since I am not a local speaker that make me feel at home. The breakfast is something you do not want to miss.

Room was clean and bathroom impeccable. Service always helpful. Minus point for breakfast where I would expect a decent cappuccino for the 25€ buffet. Location perfect for the conference center (just across the street). Bar and restaurant have a nice selection for a decent price. Would recommend!

good location

1. The hotel forgot to clean our room when we left the room at 2:30pm with the cleaning notification turned on. We have to wait another 30minutes at the lounge bar when we got back at 10:00pm late at night. 2. The electric kettle we requested from the hotel is with a lot of water stain. in such case i didn't drink the water boiled from the kettle. 3. Overall the reception's service attitude is good. 4. the suite doesn't have the view which cannot be told from the booking info page. 5. the cleaner staff forgot to refill some drinking water when finished cleaning the room. no water to drink.

It is said to be a five-star hotel in Salzburg. It is very cost-effective. Drinks and snacks are free in the room. There are also free chocolates. Water or wine is provided when checking in. There are also free chocolates in the lobby. The room is very clean and you can rest at night. The key location is amazing. It is opposite the Mirabell Gardens

The location is close to the station, but it is actually a little far. You have to go one stop by bus and you can ride for free if you buy a scenic spot pass. If you walk, it is about 15 minutes away from the station. Stayed for two nights. It was ok on the first night. The room was a bit smelly on the second day, so we changed it. The decoration style is still very nice. The hotel buffet breakfast is delicious.

A very new hotel with a good location and convenient travel. The only drawback is that the hotel front desk closes a little early. Although there are security personnel on duty who can handle some problems on their behalf, they are not professional enough for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes' walk from the train station, near Mirabell Palace, and 20 minutes' walk from the castle. The hotel room is not big, but it is exquisitely decorated. Drinks in the refrigerator are free of charge. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The hotel breakfast is very good, the food is fresh and the variety is rich. You can store your luggage for free after checking out.
