Pasqua e pasquetta 2024, in famiglia. Posizione ottimale, appena fuori dal centro, quindi in 5 minuti a piedi si è subito in zona pedonale e si raggiunge facilmente la parte storica. Personale, cordiale e disponibile. Struttura molto pulita, con camere spaziose, semplici e ben tenute. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Da rivedere la colazione, buona, ma non è da 10e a persona. Comunque tolto la colazione, struttura consigliata.

We should have known when the receptionist was mocking the previous guests for not understanding English, that this hotel's priority was not about a positive guest experience. The room was clean, but if you enjoy bedroom doors, Wifi that works, a kettle, cups, tea or coffee, air-conditioning and a television from this decade, you will be disappointed. If you consider a breakfast featuring rotten fruit and fruit flies tasty, you are in luck! Just dont eat too much, as portion control is a high priority at this hotel! While the cleaning staff were faultless in their always pleasant greetings, it's a shame the front of house staff couldn't do the same. Leaving Hotel Drei (or Hotel dread as we have renamed it) was not a sad event. With our clothing soaked in the aroma of the Indian restaurant downstairs, we struggled out the doors with our luggage as the man at the desk laughed with his colleague in our general direction. Goodbye Hotel Drei Kreuz!, you have a lot of work to do!!

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights with my family. Clean, excellent location in 20 minutes on foot you are in the center otherwise there is a bus stop around the corner. Helpful and friendly staff. The girl who welcomed us spoke Italian well and explained everything to us very well. Breakfast well-stocked. Unfortunately, there is no bidet, air conditioning or safe in the rooms
