Struttura moderna abbastanza pulita, ottima la posizione ma personale inesistente. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte e quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione non ci hanno aiutato per niente.

Just a simpel overall good hotel. No reception but everything went flawlessly. Good communication from the host, i was able to check in earlier than the normal check in time because i asked nicely. I dont get the 1 stars. Room was not hot, there was a fan. And no noise complaints atall. Not from other guest and not from the closeby street. Even tho i had the room most adjecent to the street.

Coziest room one could ask for! It goes perfectly with the Alpine feeling. Very clean, very comfortable room. Everything was very thought through and practical, from the luggage storage system to the vending machine.

molto buona la posizione; struttura nuova o rinnovata con camera molto pulita; le istruzioni per accedere alla lounge, dove si ritirano le chiavi e altra documentazione sono arrivate via mail e via whatsapp, sono state molto chiare. A meno di 10 minuti comincia una zona pedonale che porta al centro.

Excellent location , i went to all the tourist attractions and city center maximum 15 minutes wall , very comfortable room , clean and smell fresh , new furniture , suitable for solo travelers . The lounge of the Hotel is a great idea .

Das Einchecken ist sehr unkompliziert, die Besitzer freundlich und das Hotel hat alles was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lobby ist gut ausgestattet. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein solides Hotel! Preis-Leistung super. Mal im Ernst, was erwarten denn einige Rezensenten hier? Ein Hotel in Top-Lage, mit Parkplatz mitten in der Altstadt von Salzburg für ca. EUR 100 die Nacht, da ist es doch klar, dass man Abstriche im Komfort macht. Das "Sauna-Problem" konnten wir im März nicht beobachten. Ebenso wenig den Lärm. Zugegeben ist das Hotel insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Wir haben morgens unsere Nachbarn aufstehen und abreisen gehört. Es ist halt eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und nichts zum "Entspannen", das sollte doch eigentlich aber auch klar sein. Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Die Lounge und Snacks etc. super, alles gut durchdacht und es funktioniert einfach! Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Anreise (personallos) völlig unproblematisch geklappt hat. Man bekommt alle wichtigen Infos per E-Mail (oder SMS) einschließlich einer Beschreibung in Bildern, was man zu tun hat. Zudem gibt es eine tolle "Wilkommensmappe" im Hotel mit den Tips in der Nähe. Kurzum, wer einen Tag nach Salzburg fährt und in der Stadt ein bisschen was erleben möchte und "nur" eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Für ein paar "entspannte" Tage in einem Hotel in Salzburg muss man sich sicher etwas anderes suchen, zahlt dann dafür aber auch den entsprechenden Preis ;)

My partner and I had a lovely stay. I actually really liked the self-check in system, it was really simple and meant we didn't have to arrive before a certain time. They provided way more than I was expecting (e.g., bikes, umbrellas, etc.). The lounge was fantastic and 24-hour. We could go in and use the microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and even the dishwasher. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and a pretty quick walk to all the sites and the main station.

Strange setup. No reception.
No lights in the entrance. Hopeless to find the keyhole in the door without a light. Booked for 3 nights only got 2 small bottles of soap. Asked for cash payment for extra bed and taxes. At the end it was possible with card.
