It's close to the beach, so it's easy to go to the beach.
The resort is large so you can move around by cart.

Friendly staff, 5-star rooms. I went on the September 2nd holiday and the staff said there were too many customers so there was a shortage of face towels and hand towels (added later). The damaged hair dryer was also replaced, but I found I had to run to another room to get it, but it was still a bit slow due to the old, bad button. In general, it's okay to live, but I'd rather live in Vin

The elevator is too small, which is a minus point here. In addition, to go to some floors, you have to take another elevator, which is quite a long walk and inconvenient.

Nice stay despite a minimalistic room (small size, only 2 towels, 2 water glasses, no coffee/tea) thx to courteous staff, great dinner & breakfast. VERY disappointed at FLC Grand HALONG BAY which charged VND 200K extra/person as foreigners (?!) when we have resided in Vietnam since 2020! Noisy hotel, average food, NO terrace. Never again
