The facilities are old, so it can't be helped, but there were shops nearby where you can buy daily necessities and simple food, as well as places to eat, so there was no inconvenience. The owner responded to various requests seriously and quickly and was very helpful They also arranged a one-day taxi to Shahri Saabs for a reasonable price of $50 (the driver told me it was $80), so I was able to afford a little more. I spent two beautiful nights and three days in Samarkanda and was fully delighted with this hotel.Quiet, staff are highly educated, welcoming, always smile pleasantly. The waitress included me a warm floor in the sauna, realizing I had not thought myself. And could save on electricity! I was very touched. Tea, coffee in the room. Beautiful breakfast, underwear, and even the coats in hotel 3*. Classic design is very beautiful, comfortable and the main thing is cleanliness! The interior courtyard is delicious. To the historical center always walked on foot, to the observatory of Ulugbek quietly arrived on the bus from the nearby street. Around the restaurants - tried the whole national kitchen. The hotel wishes a prosperity.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As for the service, I put a plate asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back at noon, it was still not cleaned. The balcony of the Jr suite room was very large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. However, alcohol is not served, so it is not suitable for those who want to drink alcohol during meals. Overall satisfied as a 4 star hotel.

Incomplete description of the rooms: No window in the standard! No window is specified! The interior window comes out into the corridor, it is glued with a film passing the light. Black-out curtains are not available, so they slept under a bright corridor lamp, which is installed opposite the pseudo window and lights directly into the room. With the light in the hotel trouble: powerful cold spectrum lights are installed everywhere, the light in the room - as in the operating room, in 10 minutes starts to break the eyes. Light is burning everywhere and even on sunny day: on breakfast (though panoramic windows are here), corridors, stairs. The safe in the room didn't work. The bathroom requires repair: water is badly left, over a tiny shelter, over which it is impossible to wash, there is no shelf for the equipment. Of the pluses: good location, all new (but for allergic: there is a smell of new coatings that somehow try to silence with flavourers: the smell in the corridors as in the sinks). The room has a TV screen, but there is no TV, only Internet access. Breakfast is common for Uzbekistan except for the layout of fruit: dolls of mandarin and apples, ungenerously stretched on one plate. Plus: a coffee machine that rarely exists here. Our mistake: we booked directly. I advise through the booking sites: tc it is any leverage of influence on the hotel, interested in reviews and ratings. And directly: When you check in, we will learn that the room is without a window. Who to complain? ! Nobody. The room category was refused, although the hotel had only 6 rooms. That is, if booking is the most expensive type of room and not allergic.

Located in a quiet residential area but with restaurants within walking distance. A very new hotel, established 2023 with some outside construction work still ongoing. Large room with a seating area, no view from windows! A/C, free wifi, good speed, hairdryer, fridge, reasonable size walk in shower with good flow. Has a pool but told guests had to pay to use it and book a slot(only 6 people at a time). Had to ask for toilet paper even though staff had been into room! Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

A very nice hotel in traditional style, and also very quiet and comfortable. I came here travelling solo to Asia for the first time and was a very pleasant surprise. I had a king size bed and private bathroom for a price which we can only dream about in Europe (incredibly cheap!) and breakfast is also very good and it includes Russian style fritters, cold meats, omelettes or fried eggs, teas or coffees, bread, cheese, butter, cucumbers, tomatoes… all included. There are balconies and a very nice internal garden to chill out in. Rooms are very big. I had to change my plans and check out earlier due to personal reasons, yet I will definitely come back. Also the staff was also very friendly and kind. The only little problem… some of them can not speak English.

The hotel is located very conveniently.On the one hand, in a quiet place next to a shady boulevard, roses and fountains, on the other, within walking distance to the main attractions. such as Registan Square. Polite and highly qualified staff, comfortable room with large bathroom and a decent sized fridge. . The breakfast is very satisfying: pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, butter, bread, dried fruits, sweets, tea / coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel again with ours friends annd families.
