較差的體驗：（1）酒店價格不低。但房間裏不提供瓶裝水，自已去過道飲水機上用杯子放水；不提供一次性刮鬍刀，塑料梳子也沒有。衹提供質量低劣的塑料牙刷。（2）房間衞生間裏面，沒有手持淋浴沖水蓮蓬頭，淋浴噴頭是固定的，離地高1米9，身材矮的人幾乎不能夠用手去調節噴水的角度，更沒有向下沖水（沖水洗腳）的水龍頭。（3）巨坑：附近街上沒有發現貨幣兑換商店，向前台服務生打聽貨幣兑換處，分別問了前台兩個服務生，並不告訴我哪裡有貨幣兑換商店，均叫我在酒店門口的ATM上去取錢，實在沒有辦法，先取一筆吧，每筆取現ATM收5刀服務費，5刀啊！（4）離開撒馬爾汗，沒有買到火車票，衹有趕大巴，然後向前台諮詢大巴車站在哪裡，我好導航去趕大巴，結果前台兩個服務生均叫我去撒馬爾罕火車站，説火車站有到塔什乾的大巴，結果我導航到撒馬爾罕火車站，根本沒有任何大巴從撒馬爾罕火車站開往塔斯幹。我衹好按照火車站交警給我的大巴車站地址，才導航到大巴車站。説明酒店服務生對撒馬爾汗的交通以及大巴車站並不熟悉的，前台服務生的服務知識還急待提高。（5），酒店的餐廳太小，早餐品種太少，少的可憐，這條是對本次入住酒店差評中最差評的一條！
