The check-in procedure was extremely complicated and it took about 20 minutes. After check-in, the Wi-Fi did not work. It took a long time to negotiate at the front desk. The temperature control of the air conditioner was very hidden. Two people searched for a long time in the middle of the night and couldn't find it. It was too late. I stayed for one night without air conditioning. It was a very bad check-in experience.
