Good hotel, neat, clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly.
The room is quite spacious and very clean, the breakfast is quite delicious.

The hotel is in a strategic protocol road location but unfortunately the service is very lacking. My experience at check-in was that I had to unload my luggage from my own car and then put things into my own trolley and waited a long time and even had to find my own bell boy to deliver it to my room. probably because it was full occupied so the hotel staff was overwhelmed. Credit to the friendly employees.
The thing that I love most and ironically is that there is a meeting room/cafe above which makes noise both at night and during the day so it is very disturbing to rest. The soundproofing system is very minimal so the sound is very, very loud and annoying. Ironically there is a warning sticker in the room forbidding guests to make noise. Hopefully the hotel will find a solution soon
The best side is the taste of the food and the location.
If the short stay is still acceptable but need to think again if it will be a bit long stay.

room cleaning is not 12 o'clock huh? but at 9 it was knocked, because the room was still in use so I asked later, after I left from noon to night, the room was also not cleaned and water towels were not replaced, etc.
