Nice hotel, friendly people. Not much places to eat nearby. But there is a store in the hotel. We did not like the surprise visit of a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel send someone to take care of the cockroach right away.

I took the shuttle bus (free) from Narita Station to the hotel, but it took nearly an hour because it was a long detour.
The bus also runs around the city, so it can be quite difficult to get on with large luggage.
I only stayed at the hotel for accommodation, so there were no problems with the facilities.
