"Of the three hotels I stayed at in Tokyo, this one is near Narita Airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel itself is quite clean. As for breakfast, well, Japanese breakfasts are generally like that, so don't expect too much. But if you have an early flight, this place is quite convenient. Oh, and the air conditioning is a wall-mounted unit with individual room control, which is a nice touch."

"Great room and hotel, very conveniently located just over ten minutes from Keisei Narita Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants aplenty nearby – in short, it's super convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to and from Narita Airport, with the first bus departing at 5:30 AM. Do note that the FamilyMart inside the hotel isn't 24-hour, so plan your purchases accordingly."

"Everything is good in the hotel except it’s not that soundproof for the room. So far me n my spouse still ok with it. Restaurant buffet is good. There’s shuttle bus to aeon mall, narita station n narita airport."

"It is really a great hotel at and an affordable rate. If you have a flight the next morning or have an over-night layover it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the room amenities include slippers, a robe, toiletries, and a kettle. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is helpful. They used to have an onsite onsen but not anymore which is why I took a star off for their facilities. There is a 7-11 downstairs. They are near parks and a nice shrine. The airport shuttle is convenient. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again if we had a layover or an early flight just for the convenience."

"I had a nice one night stay at Narita Art hotel. There is shuttle bus to and from the airport. I takes 20 mins. I arrives three hours before check so I left my luggage at the free cloack service. I checked in at 3pm and it was smooth and fast. My room was big and very comfy. I enjoyed the japanese theme decoration. Later that evening I went to use Thermal bath, it cost a small fee but the place is really great and I lost 1 kg in weight. There is a 24 h Family Mart if You want to Buy anything and there are some restaurants. There is a 24h gym as well Next time i have to fly from or to Narita this Will be my first option."

"I booked this hotel quite early, so the price was pretty reasonable. Its location is near the airport, or more precisely, it's situated between the airport and Narita JR Station. There's a shuttle bus service, which makes it fairly convenient. Although I was mentally prepared for the hotel's outdated facilities, my actual stay revealed that the most significant concern might be its cleanliness. On the plus side, it's rare to find a hotel with a gym, especially one as spacious as this, likely due to its Narita location. The hotel also features a small Japanese garden, and I particularly enjoyed watching the koi carp in the pond; they were all plump and adorable."

"Location is super and room it ok bed is comfortable but alittle bit small for 2person and no microwave in room another thing is ok and they have free shuttle bus to airport."

"I stayed 1N here so that I could wake up to meet my husband when he arrived early the next morning. This is located in Terminal 2 & if u are landing from another terminals, simply take the free airport terminal shuttle. It is very clean & they supply pajamas, bedroom slippers bath towel, face towel, floor map, toothpaste & brush in a bag for your stay. However, try to avoid sleeping near the door (I am not sure if they'll give you a choice) as I didn't have a good night sleep. There were simply too many ppl walking in/out the sleeping pods. Whenever the door is opened, you'll hear the hairdryer blowing noise. Some travelers who wore their own flipflops will make noise while walking towards their own pod. It can get bit stuffy in your sleeping pod, I would advise to bring a handheld fan with you. Remember to bring along your travel adaptor as USD or Type-C connectors are not available in the pods."

"All good. Shuttle provided from narita airport to hotel. And also hotel to narita city. Which is very convenient. However shuttle time to narita city could be added for more flexibility since the hotel location is quite far The pillow also need improvement, i hardly could sleep"

"Nice quiet hotel near the train station in narita. U get free bus shuttle to airport but need to book when check in. Room is quite big for Japan. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the famous temple too."
