"The hotel looks great from the outside, very new. I stayed in the main building, which was decent, and the room was acceptable. I heard the garden building is not good and very old, so be careful if you choose it! The hot springs are really nice, but they are incredibly crowded no matter what time you go. Maybe it was because it was during Christmas. However, I got an infection after soaking in them :( Perhaps it's a personal health issue? I won't comment much on that. Overall, it's okay for a brief layover. The restaurant next to the hot springs is very good. There's also a convenient supermarket downstairs in the lobby. The airport bus to the hotel runs twice an hour. It picks up at Platform 16 for T1 and Platform 26 for T2, which is very convenient."

"I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Narita Airport, which made catching an early morning flight super easy and convenient—definitely great value for money! The room size exceeded my expectations; there was plenty of space to open my luggage without feeling cramped. The only downsides were no hot water in the evening, which really impacted my ability to freshen up, and breakfast time was incredibly crowded, with long lines just to get food. Overall, it's a good option for travelers catching flights, but it would be perfect if they could fix the hot water issue and better manage the breakfast crowd."

"Great room and hotel, very conveniently located just over ten minutes from Keisei Narita Station. There are supermarkets and restaurants aplenty nearby – in short, it's super convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to and from Narita Airport, with the first bus departing at 5:30 AM. Do note that the FamilyMart inside the hotel isn't 24-hour, so plan your purchases accordingly."

"Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great."

"The airport shuttle is a major highlight of this hotel, but without it, this hotel isn't worth choosing. Also, the hotel is a bit old; there's a musty smell in the room, even though it's quite spacious. There were also small bugs. There are no restaurants nearby, so you're forced to eat at the hotel's buffet, which isn't particularly cheap. All in all, unless you have a really late or really early flight, or are just transiting, there's really no need to stay here."

"The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 15-minute walk. There's a free shuttle bus that starts as early as 4 AM. After dropping off our luggage, we took the shuttle to the airport and then another bus to the outlet mall. It was convenient, but my only complaint is that the front desk staff was very cold towards Chinese guests while being incredibly friendly to Europeans, which really annoyed me. I won't be staying here again. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, but breakfast was very mediocre."

"This hotel is perfect for layovers or if you have a very early or late flight, offering a good place to rest. The basic facilities are comprehensive, though a bit dated. There's a shuttle bus service to Narita Terminals 1 and 2, and they can also drop you off at Aeon Mall. During Christmas, they have a light show. The hotel features a buffet restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. The downsides are that the rooms are quite old, the mini-fridge makes noise all night, and the toilet and bathroom facilities aren't very convenient."

"The hotel's shuttle bus service is the best feature - they have airport pick-up/drop off, as well, scheduled shuttle services to town which was really helpful as the hotel's location is a bit far from where the buzz is. The 7/11 in the lobby area is also quite convenient for immediate needs. The staff were also quick to help with your concerns so this is something I appreciated."

"Self-check-in was very convenient. There were no disposable slippers, but regular slippers were provided. Toothbrushes and combs could be picked up in the lobby. The pros are the affordable price and the shuttle service to the airport and Narita town. For the airport shuttle, depending on your arrival terminal, I waited under sign #26. Be aware that various hotel shuttles stop at #26, so make sure you get on the right one. The shuttle to Narita town was very crowded. Note that some shuttles stop at Aeon while others don't. Check the shared timetable carefully if you plan to go to Narita Aeon. The hotel was very clean. It's a place I would choose again. Recommended!"
