SSusan ChangThis is the 1st time I stay at tiny home type of hotel, surprisingly the room is very clean and comfortable. They provide free water, beer and snacks (frozen food and cup noodles), it’s a plus. There are laundry machines on site, very convenient for the travelers. They also provide free airport drop off but need to make a reservation. Only disadvantage is without a car, it’s hard to get around the area. If I come the area again, I definitely will stay here again.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers convenient and comfortable accommodation with excellent transportation links. The airport shuttle service is very handy, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby. It's definitely a great place to consider staying if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport.
LLvxingdexiaoxiaohaiThe only downside is that it's far and hard to find. After taking one stop on the bus from the airport, I dragged my luggage for a kilometer or two into the middle of nowhere, making me question all my life choices! I wouldn't recommend this hotel for airport travelers unless you have a car.
It's not really a business hotel; it's more of a local resort with hot spring facilities. The staff even helped me arrange a taxi for early the next morning, which felt very personal and thoughtful.
There's dining and self-service laundry downstairs, so overall, it's pretty good.
JJess NyewI stayed 1N here so that I could wake up to meet my husband when he arrived early the next morning. This is located in Terminal 2 & if u are landing from another terminals, simply take the free airport terminal shuttle. It is very clean & they supply pajamas, bedroom slippers bath towel, face towel, floor map, toothpaste & brush in a bag for your stay. However, try to avoid sleeping near the door (I am not sure if they'll give you a choice) as I didn't have a good night sleep. There were simply too many ppl walking in/out the sleeping pods. Whenever the door is opened, you'll hear the hairdryer blowing noise. Some travelers who wore their own flipflops will make noise while walking towards their own pod. It can get bit stuffy in your sleeping pod, I would advise to bring a handheld fan with you. Remember to bring along your travel adaptor as USD or Type-C connectors are not available in the pods.
GGuest UserStayed here as we needed to be at Narita Airport at 630am the next day. The area was quaint and pleasant with small shops and cafes. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, our room had no shower (only toilet). We went to the indoor public bath at the accommodation to take a shower and soak in the bath. Overall a great stay! Thanks to the reception for helping us call a taxi in the morning to the airport.
GGuest UserRelaxing spacious room. Main entrance area nice Christmas decor. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Japanese options. Meet Hilton name. DiDi 2700¥ to hotel. Need to know hotel provide airport transfers pick up outside T3 bus stop (turn right)
AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is near the airport. For me, this is a plus factor. I am not happy on the free shuttle service because the staff declined my request despite the shuttle bus is not fully loaded. We ended up walking from the hotel to the train station.
DDapengTokyoVery good, intimate, it is a little far away, but it is very close to Narita Airport, in fact, it is OK, eating around is OK, there is cheap, other hotels are very expensive
GGuest UserThe guest reception wasn't quite up to par, I'd say. My son asked if there was a public bath, and they said yes, on the seventh floor. We went up to check, but couldn't find any public bath. Was it just the in-room bathroom they were referring to? What exactly did the front desk mean when they said there was one? On top of that, the walls were incredibly thin. We could clearly hear a family talking loudly next door on the right, speaking a language I couldn't identify. And from the left, we heard a woman making sounds... well, let's just say it was good my child was asleep. I probably won't be staying here again. Considering the price, I guess you get what you pay for.
GGuest UserLocation is near JR and Kensei Lines and 2-bed room is spacious in Japan standard. Breakfast is simple and delicious.
Stroll to Naritasan is a breeze and can take Line 6 from bus station to AEON, be mindful on schedule.
