Great
EeiieI've stayed at many Toyoko Inn hotels before, but this was my first time at the Narita Airport branch. I originally booked a single room for myself, but they upgraded me to a twin room, which was incredibly spacious. Being on a high floor and a corner room, I had an unobstructed view outside. I was worried it might be noisy staying near the airport, but to my surprise, it was very quiet with no disruptive sounds. There's a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes, which is super convenient. The only downside was that I wanted to store my luggage overnight, but the hotel only allows same-day storage.
AAnonymous UserIt's about a 10-15 minute walk from Narita Station.
It may be difficult to get around for people with lots of luggage using Narita Airport, or families with small children.
It's a great location right in front of Naritasan Mountain.
The inn's shop was under renovation, and the convenience store near the station that we were directed to was open until around 8pm, so we ended up not being able to buy what we needed, which was quite frustrating.
We were told that the hot springs were open 24 hours a day, but that there was a charge after check-out. I wish they had explained this clearly beforehand.
It has the feel of a good old-fashioned Japanese inn, and I would like to bring international friends who love Japanese culture here in the future.
CCindychennnFacilities: The room was small but perfectly adequate. The shower was really comfortable, and for an overnight stay before a flight the next day, it offered good value for money.
Cleanliness: Even though the room was small, it was very clean.
Environment: It's right next to the airport, and the hotel shuttle service makes getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient.
Service: The self-service check-in/out was quick and easy.
楚楚晰Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good.
Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline.
My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift.
Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part.
The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.
YYakulutuThis is a great hotel! While you can tell it's a bit older, the building and facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo.
YYuwengongThis is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26.
GGuest UserGreat location, price, and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy walking distance to the train station, where there are lots of restaurants, and it's right around the corner from a Lawson convenience store. The room was very comfortable. We stayed overnight inbetween flights and had a great evening in town before getting a good night's sleep and heading out in the morning for our domestic connection. It was such a lovely start to our holiday. They also have an airport shuttle bus that the staff said takes about 40 minutes, but the train is only 10 minutes so we took that instead for fun.
LLeonThe location is super convenient, just around the corner from both Narita train stations. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a little over a kilometer down one road, which is a great spot, and there's delicious unagi (eel) rice nearby. The room isn't small and even has a bathtub.
SsiangyunI like the place. A house with a single car park. You need a car to drive there. Close to Narita airport. Suitable for family stay. You can go to nearest convenience shops, Aeon mall, Donki, temple attraction. Driving to central Tokyo takes 2 hours drive. You can rent this unit and drive to any park of Tokyo city.
