"It is given a free service shuttle bus from Narita train station to Hotel , AEON Mall and airport. Good service and on time . I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water."

"Overall, the hotel is pretty good, and I stay here often. However, the one downside is that they charge guests an additional 1,650 yen each time to use the swimming pool. Doesn't this tarnish the reputation of a big brand like Hilton? I'm already paying over 800 RMB for the room (without breakfast), and now they're tacking on extra charges for the pool. It feels like they're just obsessed with money, charging for every little thing. Is it really reasonable for a hotel to charge guests an additional fee to use their own pool during their stay? I hope hotel management takes this seriously."

"It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others."

"This is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26."

The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's central park. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honey color, and at night, the warm, soft lighting was never harsh. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. The handwriting was a bit crooked, but it was incredibly heartwarming. This kind of understated thoughtfulness is a hundred times more pleasant than any flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and a weekend city 'micro-vacation.' I've already recommended it to colleagues who frequently travel for business. "The location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita . Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well . Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !"

"The Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all."

"Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping."

"This is a great hotel! While you can tell it's a bit older, the building and facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo."
