First x stayed at this hotel, since the beginning of the process of both checkin or checkout, all the process was long, other than that the food at the room service was a bit long (1 1⁄2am) and many types of food I ordered were not ready even though it was a normal weekend. Great day weekend. For the room, the staff are all nice and okay but indeed what makes me quite disappointed is that the check-in process of food and drinks in the mini bar (refrigerator) should be checked thoroughly. Is there any items left in the WC or In the cabinet Because my face was left but there was no information at all and more than 30 minutes of the checkout process, besides that my sister's minibar room has only 1 bottle of aqua bottle from the beginning of our checkin but the water fee was thrown to me even though the younger brother I didn't consume it unfortunately I didn't ask because my sister was already looking for food and only found out after we left a long way. The thing is definitely please pay more attention next time, especially the mini bar question so that you don't forget to fill in the number of standards indicated so that you don't go wrong, food is also fasted and equipped so that there is not much empty. Regarding the terms ”New Building” and ”Old Building” can be asked directly to the hotel management. The room interior as a whole is beautiful.The retro design of the toilet wall complements the contemporary touch of the living room. Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great. Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.

The 5th and 6th day of duty in this city, from Jkt was confused with a hotel choice via the application but the service was good and the response was fast so I felt at home ... even the night we asked to change the bed sheets and bedcovers directly changed, only regret that the restaurant is not active yet, looking for food sahur must go out.
