Konum olarak fena değil liman tramvay durağının hemen karşısında benzinlik yanı. Çevresinde pek bişey yok sadece düzgün bir balıkevi restoran gördük. Bakanlık belgeli bir otelmiş. Odalarda hijyen fena değil yapılı tadilatlı bir yer. ama mesela saç kurutma makinesi çalıştırır çalıştırmaz bozuldu kahvaltı yeri pisti herkes malzeme alırken dökmüş temizleyen yoktu. Otel çok kalabalık olmamasına rağmen personel yetişemiyor gibi görünüyordu. kahvaltı başladıktan yarım saat sonra gitmemize rağmen menemen börek falan soğumuştu. Çalışanlar genel olarak asık suratlı hallerinden memnun değiller gibi. Bir de Otelden havaalanına ulaşım kolay 1 tramvay durağı sonrasında ilçe garajından havaalanına servis kalkıyor ama otogara gitmek için herhangi bir toplu taşıma bulamadık bulduysak da güzergah ve saatleri uygun değildi. otogara tramvay da olmadığı için taksi çağırmanız lazım ama bizimki 40 dkda anca geldi samsunda genel olarak otogara gitmek için erken davranmanızı tavsiye ederim. Sonuç olarak 1-2 gün için kalınabilir ama uzun süreli konaklamaya gelmez

Rezalet bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Temizlik doğru düzgün yapılmıyor. Odaya havlu ve terlik bırakılmıyor. Odada buzdolabında bulunan su bile ücretli. Agresif çalışanlar ve ukala tavır sergileyen otel sahibi mevcut. Çekmeceden önceki müşteriye ait kondom çıktı. Çarşaflarda kan lekesi var. Banyoda bulunan çeşmeler kırık. Ayrıca tek bir tane kart veriyorlar. Odada iki kişi kalıyoruz iş için gece gündüz nöbetleşe değişiyoruz, ikinci kartı vermediler. Çamaşır yıkatmak için 150 TL makina çalıştırma parası isteniyor.

We were guests at the Kapris hotel for 6 nights, from June 26th to July 1st this year and we were very satisfied. We were a group of 4 international schools, involved in an Erasmus project with teachers and students. Right from the start the hotel was kind in meeting our needs and arranging for us the shuttle transport from Çarşamba Airport (3 - 4 € per person). The rooms are sufficiently spacious, equipped with mini bar, wifi, air conditioning and TV. The cleanliness is good and the location is not too far from the center and close to a small shopping area with bakery, bar, food restaurant and supermarket. The owner, Mr. Metin, was always kind and at our disposal. His perfect English was very helpful on a communicative level. The staff has always been kind and in particular thanks goes to the young Furken who was always ready to offer us his help. Highly recommended for the loung hall and the rooftop restaurant.

Mayıs ayında 1 gece kaldık. Genel hijyeni ve kahvaltısı ortalama. El sabunlukları hayatımda gördüğüm en saçma tasarıma sahipti. Bir damla alabilmek için sabunlugu yumruklamaniž isteniyor.
