The hotel is in an elevated position on the hill, so we could enjoy (even from the window of our room) a beautiful view. Our room was impeccable, as was the bathroom. In short, apart from the location, no other flaw."

"Stayed in this hotel for one night on the way from Trabzon to Ankara. The hotel is located on a busy street, but it offers free parking right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. Our friends had a minor problem with their bathroom, but the problem was immediately addressed and they were placed in a bigger and better room with no additional charge. There are many small shops and restaurants nearby. Big shopping centre is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple, but not bad. In general - decent stay for one night for the price."

"Despite booking a hotel room over the phone, before we even checked in, they told us that their colleagues had booked an apartment behind the hotel and offered a discount to compensate for our inconvenience (they actually offered a more expensive price than what they quoted over the phone!). This is the kind of tactic a hotel uses; excellent service, excellent business practices, and then everyone acts as if nothing happened, blaming each other. They employ a tactic that everyone should be aware of before going. Their tactic is to post a picture of the hotel room with a sea view, sell it to you at the price of an apartment, and then when you arrive, they say their colleagues made a mistake, leaving you either to stay in an apartment unrelated to the hotel at the price they quoted or forced to pay a much higher price for the hotel room.
