I recently stayed at Shivapuri Village Resort, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a resort. The customer service was incredibly poor—staff were unresponsive and lacked any sense of hospitality. The food was equally disappointing, with no vegan options available, despite the high price. To make matters worse, the room and bathroom were dirty, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this resort failed on every level. I would not recommend it to anyone.
