I spent a week at the Bambù hostel and it was magical. At the hostel I immediately felt at home. The staff is kind and welcoming. Tours, with or without guides, of the various attractions of San Agustin directly from the hostel are available every day. The hostel is clean and equipped with everything. Hot water, drinking water and the kitchen is well stocked (not obvious). I was enchanted by the rooftop, directly with a view of the sunset. The location is great, in the center of the city but at the same time away from the noise. Beyond comfort, I found a place where I could meet many travelers like me, participate in excursions even at the last minute but above all a place where I could feel at home.

The hostel has nice, family and laid-back atmosphere. Good to stay few days to visit the area which is very interesting. You can also book tours from the hostel. Near to local restaurants. You can stay in private or social rooms. Warm water and fast Internet.

Look no further, Hostel Bambu is the place to stay in San Agustin! This hostel is full of art and it feels like home. The kitchen is well-equipped and the plants surrounding the common spaces make it a fresh atmosphere. The views and sunsets from Hostel Bambu are the best in town!

Es un lugar maravilloso para estar tranquilo y poder ir a visitar los alrededores de San Agustín. El hostal tiene muchos murales preciosos y la vista desde la terraza es encantadora. La chica de recepción tambien es muy maja. La verdad que todo fue genial, se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo 😊

I had a really nice time in Hostel Bambu! Beautiful terrace with a variety of seating - from chairs and a table to hammocks and my favourite: swinging bench overlooking the wonderful hills surrounding San Agustín. The hostel is very comfortable, no bunk beds - so no one's climbing to bed above you in the middle of the night. Socket next to each bed, shelves, locker, bedside table, truly hot shower! Plenty of places and friendly vibes to socialise with other guests. Well equipped kitchen (it even has a blender), a lot of information about activities in the area and available tours and just overall a very beautiful building, made of bamboo. Mostly. Reliable internet for anyone who's working remotely. 3 lovely cats are just another plus.

El hostal Bambú es uno de los mejores en los que he estado, todos sus espacios son muy acogedoras y la terraza tiene una vista maravillosa, además todos los espacios siempre están aseados. El ambiente es muy relajado y puedes conocer a otros viajeros fácilmente, sin duda la mejor opción para vivir una gran experiencia en San Agustín.

Je suis restée quelques jours à l'hostel Bambu de San Augustin début décembre avec une amie et je vous recommande fortement d'en faire autant si vous voulez séjourner dans le coin. L'hostel est très agréable à vivre, il y a une super terrasse avec des hamacs et une très belle vue sur à ville ! Il est très facile de rencontrer des gens et il y a vraiment une bonne ambiance entre les clients. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire autour de San Augustin (randos, balades à cheval tyrolienne, rafting etc) et le personnel est toujours dispo pour donner des renseignements. J'ai tellement aimé mon premier passage là bas que j'ai eu envie de revenir pour pouvoir y rester plus de temps et mieux découvrir la région à la fin de mon séjour !

Un hostal accueillant et chaleureux grâce à Gérard, on s’y sent tout de suite bien, il est en plus très joliment décoré et possède un toit terrasse incroyable ! Plein d’activités proposées, une bonne ambiance, je recommande !
