Best Western Plus Roland Inn Suites

East San Antonio
This place was one of the only if not the only place that was above 2-3 stars on the map and it really did live up to it when we stayed there. And a double queen bed room was pretty cheap too for how good the hotel was!! The rooms blackout curtains worked great, the ac made the room nice and ice cold. The room also had a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge!! The fridge made drinks cold faster than the fridge at my own house. The staff was also super friendly and fun to talk to. The only small issue we had was with the water pressure being super low but hopefully that gets fixed, otherwise it’s pretty close to feeling like a five star hotel !!!

In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

I have stayed at this property 2x now and have had good experiences both times. The hotel is clean, the rooms decently appointed, the breakfast offering plentiful and good as well as available for a reasonable time frame. As with all hotels, guests allowing doors to slam and children to run the halls contributes to noise but those things are pretty much unavoidable. Other than those things, the hotel is fairly quiet. I didn't utilize the pool or hot tub during my stay but I saw families doing so.
Best Western Plus Downtown North

The employees were very friendly and the room was very clean. But they advertised a full breakfast included in the stay. They had egg omelet and bacon or sausage but no waffles, They had individual cereal boxes but no milk. Since I like milk with my breakfast, I went next door to the gas station/store and bought my own. I don't see anybody else having supply problems with waffle mix and milk.

It was the cleanest other hotels in America. It's a little bit outside, but if you have a car, it's the hotel I want to recommend. I'll stay again next time.
