Downtown - Riverwalk
The hotel is on the edge of downtown San Antonio, 5-10 minutes by taxi from the popular attractions Alamo Plaza and river walk! The hotel is a bit old, but in the upgrade, in addition to high-end hotels, Hilton feels that there is no new Marriott in the mid-range ...

A typical budget hotel, but the facilities are sufficient for ordinary travelers, especially the convenient parking. But there is no refrigerator in the room, but fortunately there is an ice machine in the public area.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and made the reservation that morning. It cost around $320 or $330 for the night. The room was fairly large. There was the main room with 2 double beds and another room (open floor plan) with a sofa bed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. In the morning, they had a nice breakfast with various options. The hotel is fairly close to the Riverwalk and The Alamo. It cost around $10 to Uber to the Riverwalk, and around $15 to return (excluding tip).

VERY, VERY tired hotel. Very disappointed. Gives the impression that they are going to demo it. Staff were not that friendly at all. Unable to get any coffee from the lobby like many other hotels. On our first day went for breakfast and ofter seating ourselves the server arrived 20 minutes later to advise us that he was unable to make any further meals. The hotel did credit our room $10-00 each. The following morning was quite the opposite with coffee, juice & a cooked breakfast served. Yeh.. The hall-ways and all rooms that we saw needed the carpet replaced, the ceiling all needed painting and especially the bathrooms that had what looked like black mould ? as well as paint flaking. This area definitely needs an extractor fan of some type. In the main room area paint also flaking from ceiling, plastic corners coming of the internal corners. Air conditioner sounded like a '737' taking off. All in all we won't be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending this place. Very disappointed.

Their level of customer service surprised me. Hotel facilities, as we all know, can affect a guest's decision to book a hotel. They were able to do so because they provided good facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in at night, and I was able to have a good night's rest after my long journey.

Breakfast is included. You can choose a set from the menu and the taste is average. The parking fee is quite expensive, $ 30 / day, but the waiters are very kind and do things very seriously; the front desk waiters are also good.
