The resort met all our expectations. The service was exceptional and very personable. They always remembered us and wished us a happy anniversary in the restaurants and the spa. We will definitely return in the future.

Heaven on earth! This resort is top notch all the way! We were greeted as though we were the only people who mattered with a fresh local beverage and smiles and they made it better by giving us an upgrade we didn't ask for! Jefry gave us a brief tour on the golf cart so we knew where things were and places to see. Anytime we saw him he asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hot springs were so beautiful and a great way to unwind. The pools gorgeous with a view of the volcano and forests with plenty of places to sit and relax or go to the swim up bar and enjoy a refreshing drink. Food was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. With the resort close to Fortuna it was nice to drive into town and experience the local town. Definitely worth every penny and I can't wait to return! Pura Vida!!

Malhonnêtes ! Nous avons profité des sources d’eau chaude une journée pluvieuse, 2 cocktails facturés 50 euros, pour un prix affiché à 13 euros … pas de ticket, le terminal bancaire tendu directement et le montant dissimulé mais nous ne pensions pas nous faire avoir donc nous n’avons pas vérifié bref soyez vigilants !

The Springs is an experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like special guests. The attention to detail was impressive. We started our time here with a 3 hour spa experience that set the tone for the remainder of our trip. In fact the spa staff brought us their amazing pineapple, mint, and ginger tea each day without us asking whether we were relaxing in the main lodge or at the end of a meal. It felt like all the staff knew our names and all were extremely helpful, especially Joe. Request Nona to take you out horseback riding and Luis as your Night Walk guide. Zero complaints. We will be back for sure!

Oh my….best experience EVER!! From the moment of arrival, and Joe’s greeting, to the very last few seconds of the trip this resort did not disappoint! The spa ladies continued to pamper us long after our initial massage. Their delicious mint ginger pineapple tea continued to arrive whenever and wherever we sat down. Louis’s night time jungle walk was an unexpected delight. Nano’s horseback ride was personalized and fun. I can’t’ wait until I can return!!!!
