"The staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water. P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner."

"I have to say that the price-performance ratio of the ordinary room is very high. It is located on the top of a whole hill beside the volcano and volcanic lake. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and patient. The view of the infinity pool is also unrivaled nearby11. When we lived on the 16th, I loved the balcony. I sat on the bench there and enjoyed a few days of isolation. However, I recommend that friends with higher living standards choose the hotel's exquisite suites, which are sanitary in ordinary rooms. The room was a bit cramped and there was no refrigerator or hair dryer. Breakfast is set 1. There are not many choices. The fruit is only a small piece of pineapple, a small piece of watermelon and a small amount of papaya. We asked for an extra piece of fruit on the first day but we were charged $2 for the second day. Because the restaurant at the foot of the mountain is about a kilometer away, we also had dinner at the restaurant, which tasted good."
