They provide grab and go breakfast that's quite convenient. You can collect from the front counter and then microwave it in the room. Swimming pool at the side is heated.

Great location next to Little Italy and nice staff. Spent 3 nights here and would have preferred a room on the opposite of side of the Construction Zone which was running 24 hours as it was noisy. Close to waterfront certainly an easy walk. No Restaurant which we were not made aware of prior to booking and we were also not made aware of the huge Construction project going right next door to the Hotel. Limited supplies in the room also if they were not going to make up the room daily, we were expected to ask for what we needed replaced. Also I specifically phoned the Hotel prior to booking to see if there was an Airport Shuttle prior to booking and was told yes there is by their Head Office, only to find that there was not one once we arrived at the airport which was very frustrating. All in all the location and the friendly staff were great but the Hotel is not worth the money they are charging, not sure we would stay ehrea gain.

This is a chain hotel. The staff is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Ctrip reservations can be checked in by showing the passport of the booker. The whole process is efficient. The room facilities are very complete, the space is large, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is good. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. You can prepare swimsuits and swimming caps in advance. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby for free. You can choose your favorite flavor by yourself. The hotel provides free breakfast packages with two options, but the restaurant is not open, so you can only take it away. There are sandwiches with yogurt and so on, which is no problem to eat. The staff is very enthusiastic and can be collected at the front desk at any time. The hotel is located in the city center, only 15 minutes walk to the USS Midway and the Victory Kiss Statue; only 7 or 8 minutes to the Santa Fe train station; about 4 minutes to the nearest subway station; and only 5 minutes walk to Little Italy. There are many restaurants and it is very lively at night. There is a place where restaurants are concentrated, and there is also Chinese food, with many varieties and good taste. It is very convenient to eat, stay and travel, and I recommend everyone to stay.

The room is not big, but there is convenient parking and it is close to the aircraft carrier museum. The best thing is that there is a simple takeaway breakfast in the morning and free coffee.

It is close to the port and within walking distance of Little Italy. You can choose from a menu for each breakfast, and there's a coffee machine on the first floor, so it's nice to have unlimited coffee! I also enjoyed using the small swimming pool!

The bedsheets were infested with lice and had been bitten a few times. The room was not cleaned every day and you had to go to the front desk to get your bath towels. The building under construction opposite is very noisy. Simple grab and go breakfast requested at the front desk. The coffee machine often doesn't work. Not a recommended hotel to stay in, 👎👎👎

I checked in after 9:00 pm. When I booked, I booked a twin bed room with a bay view. I booked it according to the pictures, because it was dark when I arrived and I couldn't see whether I could see the bay view outside the room. I was woken up by the noisy sound outside around 7:00 in the morning, and then I looked outside and couldn't see the bay view at all. This room doesn't even count as a part of the bay view room. Only the building and workers under construction on the opposite side can be seen. Then I looked at the ordinary room type and the bay view twin room, the price difference is almost 200 RMB. It was 8:28 in the morning when I wrote this review. Our whole family had already woken up and couldn't wait to leave.

There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but I didn't drive, so I don't know what the charges are. The house is big enough and clean. There is also free coffee/chocolate provided in the lobby. There is a convenience store nearby.

I have been looking for this chain hotel when traveling in North America. It is quite satisfactory and I can recommend it to those who don’t have high expectations.

The shower was fixed to the wall, which was inconvenient, but everything else was good. Breakfast is also provided as a packed lunch, which was time-saving and good. The location is also good.
