Kunming Green Lake Atour Hotel Reviews

Hotel is clean and located at a convenient location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Green lake is Abt 10 to 15 mins walk from hotel. Bed is huge and comfortable to sleep in. Balcony is a surprise and we love having our breakfast and evening chats at the lovely balcony. Only con is housekeeping forgot to make up our room on the first day. We had to call housekeeping to clear up the bins and provide new towels.

It was great staying in this hotel. Walking distance to the Green lake and easy to accesible to any place by Didi service. They serve nice tea as well.

Very nice place! Super good location and close by garden, shopping, train station etc. Service is very good and staff are very nice!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location just opposite the Yuantong Temple and a short 10 minute walk to the Green Lake Park. It's also not too far a walk (~25 mins) to the pedestrian streets for shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and happy to provide us directions for our travels. Breakfast staff and selection were excellent. We would stay here again.

The room is clean with ample drinking water. Love the flowers in the courtyard as with the setup of coffee tables and chairs.

This is what you call a boutique hotel that is relatively new. The service is excellent. The front desk is friendly helpful. The room is a fairly good size with all the amenities. Nice decor modern they offer a free popcorn and a specialty drinks when I first check in. The price is less than half of the price of nearby green lake, a much much older hotel. Overall, I’m happy with this hotel and I will stay again. Hotel is clean offers free laundromat on the second floor with free detergent. Breakfast is good as a varieties of food and the free coffee through a state of the art coffee machine.

Good location. Neat and clean. Rooms were very spacious. Everything in the refrigerator was free.

Delicious Breakfast Good location. Opposite Yuantong Temple. Near Green Lake, 10 minutes walk or just 10 CNY. Nice small hotel. Good service. If you can’t speak Chinese, you can communicate via translate app. Staffs were happy to help. No coffee in our room types, only tea.

Great location. The service is so so. The front desk take every chance to persuade people to buy membership that’s really annoying.

I changed my schedule temporarily and was lucky enough to choose Atour Hotel as my resting place, and it gave me far more than I expected. The front desk staff checked in quickly and efficiently, and upgraded me to a wooden king-size bed room for free. The room was simply and comfortably furnished, clean and tidy, and the deep sleep pillow and bedding were soft and skin-friendly, which made me sleep well all night. The hotel provides breakfast and late-night porridge. It is very comfortable to drink a bowl of porridge on a slightly cool night. There is also a terrace and a small gym. The hotel has a good location and is very convenient for travel. Whether it is to visit attractions or shopping and leisure, it can be easily reached. The front desk gave me a souvenir when I checked out. In short, this stay experience is beyond imagination, and I look forward to the next time

The parent-child room I booked was the same as the picture. I left a message to the hotel asking for a quiet room so that the children could fall asleep early. Sure enough, the room I arranged was very quiet~ There were also children's slippers and toothbrushes, and fruits and drinks were given! The check-in experience was great! Children's tableware is also provided for breakfast! However, the location is about one kilometer away from the subway station. You have to look for it slowly. Follow the navigation and you can find it~ The service of the front desk brother is super good 👍 Thumbs up!

The location is in the center of the old city, which is convenient for travel and dining. The hotel is on the roadside. The front desk helped arrange a room near the community. It was quiet, and the room had double windows. The waiters were very polite.
