I was attracted by the swimming pool on the picture of the resort, however it was a little bit disappointing in fact🙈 And the location was a little bit hard to get in too, unless you liked quiet environment for stay🤔 I think the biggest advantage of this resort was the rooms were big enough as you can see😂 But there was ONE thing I was very concerned about: the lock of the door🚪 I forgot to take the picture of it but it was only a normal door lock, no other security lock on it😅 It made me feel unsecured even we lock the door🔐 To sum up, I think I won’t come back again although the breakfast was good🫣

Pros - i booked the biggest suite and it was nice n big. Welcome drink quite nice and refreshing even at late evening check in. The receptionist courteous and if you decide to stay here rented car is highly advised. Cons - Not much staff, No amenities, dint see any restaurant and spa is outdated with quite sorry service. Breakfast spread was quite poor and staff mostly is non english speaking. Concern - I had a situation with spa. First day I used1.5 hours and while massage was OK the lady kept talking/laughing/joking making it hard to relax, she even make repeated comments "you sleep hahshahss, dont sleep ok !!".. Since my knee was still hurting I booked next day slot however I waited 20 mins for her arrival. There was some confusion which they did not inform. Eventually she was rushy n panicky in service and hurt my knee.. upon which i just had to walk out midway, since she wasnt understanding my request to stop pressing on one point for 10 mins. It is also important to highlight that the spa price for similar services in the city is 100 to 300 baht depending on location, and here was 1000 baht for 60 mins. The spa owner came to apologise or check next day but again unable to understand English clearly. Situation 2 - while we did the suite room, it smelled at a particular time, being close to sewer. No clear response was provided, we just had to deal with it. Situation 3 - too many mosquitoes, and when complained given an insect killing racket for us to keep kiling them individually, then a simple spray. Overall, I would not recommend this resort at all, as even the location is hidden among a place like village or countryside homes difficult to find. Generally staff is kind but needs to have English speaking staff at spa etc

We family stayed 3 days at Vdara Pool Resort Spa. My 8 years Son said to me” Baba if i recommend Vdara to someone about rating is 10/10. Everything was fantabulous ( staff very friendly, helpful, cheerful & hygienic. We will really miss Vdara..❤️❤️❤️

I stay at room 108 Room facilities, pool are good, I got information while checked in at the lobby staffs told me that’s the breakfast will be serve to room service. And they asked us to pre-order but it turned up our breakfast is buffet and no one informed us. Staffs are not recognize us we stay for 5 days. I booked for massage 3 hours the massage lady was very nice and professional but no one informed me for the price, after finished message I went to pay for deposits for an extra room that I booked for my friend just for 1 nice. Deposit was give 1000 baht and I wanna pay for 3 hours massages but the staff said no charge so I said I will pay later So early in the morning I checked out and tried to settle everything and try to paid my message bill again the staff said no change. How can the hotel department d not have cash flow for staffs if guests need to change or staffs have any intention? The female staff who is on duty while I’m check out the hotel also stand to block my parking way as she was Ob the phone I have to horn her and she slowly move Sometime need to brief the staffs to be me more professional

Location is a bit out of the way however very nice hotel. Staff were super helpful and food at the restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed the pool. It was very quiet so I had the whole pool to myself.

Location wise 25mins from night barrzar. Would recommend if you have a bike otherwise it will be hard to get around.
