The staff are kind and it's a very nice hotel where you can feel like you're in a tropical resort. When you call from your room, water, towels, toilet paper, floats, etc. will be immediately brought to you, and since the location is far from the airport, you can easily arrange a taxi when you want to go into town. I was able to spend some time there. As for the usability of the facility, it is either mediocre or mediocre. Even though it's a luxury hotel, it's still the Philippines, so there are things that could be improved in some places, such as the water in the restrooms sometimes not flowing and the water pressure in the showers being weak for some people. To be honest, there is nothing in the area surrounding the facility, and it is quite far from places where you can do shopping or activities. This is the only noticeable drawback of Pulchra.
