For the price a good hotel however was in an area with a large homeless presence outside and there was also quite a lot of noise from outside

Hotel was conveniently located in union square area. Front desk staff are good and helpful. There must be a small pantry serving coffee. But missing

The elevator is broken which is a terrible condition to the hotel The service is good However phone does not work can’t even talk to concierge General room is clean , overall good for a night stay

Great location and decent rooms. There's so many smells though in the lift, lobby and you can smell smoke in your rooms. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag wrapped on it. YIKES!!!

Very good location, just two blocks away from Union Square and within 10 minutes to BART station. Bus #38 and #38R to Lands End or connection to other tourist points. Easy access
