Loved our stay at Il Vicario. It's a very peaceful place where you will feel you can rest. Super close to the lovely medieval town of San Gimignano with lots of little shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable and very private. Katia and Fluvio were great hosts. Fluvio knows a lot about the area and gave us great recommendations of other small towns and day trips we could do in the area. We also had great breakfasts and took a cooking class as well that we really enjoyed. Would definately go back!

Fulvio e Katia ottimi padroni di casa. Accolgono con un sincero e caloroso sorriso, sempre disponibili, sempre attenti ad ogni bisogno o richiesta, più che ospite mi sono sentita a casa di amici. Colazioni abbondanti e a km zero, verdura, marmellate, torte, frittate, succhi, affettati e formaggi accompagnati dal loro pane. La cena è a discrezione di chi si vuole fermare, non c'è menù, chiedono cosa non piace o se si hanno intolleranze ed alle 20.30 ci si siede tutti intorno ad un tavolone con altri ospiti (ovviamente chi non gradisce può mangiare in altri tavoli) e le mani sapienti ed esperte di Katia e Fulvio ti fanno vibrare le papille gustative sempre con i loro prodotti, accompagnati da calici di chianti e vin Santo dall'antipasto al dolce. Le camere sono grandi, pulite, confortevoli, non manca nulla e non ho trovato nulla che non andasse. Grazie di cuore Fulvio e Katia, il nostro non è stato un soggiorno ma un'esperienza da consigliare. Fede e Gianni da Milano

Great cooking class! We loved the local knowledge, culture, and the food! The farm and area around are beautiful. Simple, quality ingredients put together just right. We made a nice fresh bruschetta, handmade noodles used with the garlic-tomato sauce we made, another pasta dish with onions, cannellini beans, and loads of parmesan, and finally chicken saltimbocca. We had a nice lunch with wine pairings, and also got to taste different pecorino cheeses with sweet-savoury marmalades. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone with an interest in food, regardless of their experience in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic time staying at Il Vicario. Fulvio and Katia were very welcoming and friendly, especially to our little girl. They were always helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. We can't wait to come back!

É uma antiga casa paroquial de 1300, com apenas 05 quartos, a hospedagem conta com café da manhã, a cama casal é bem confortável, o quarto é silencioso, possui estacionamento. Tem disponível também aula de culinária toscana. Fulvio e sobrinha Katia são muito atenciosos.

Such an amazing experience! Katia and Fulvio are such warm hosts and made learning to cook a Tuscan meal very fun. They were amazingly kind to the young children in our group, including them in all the cooking. A great experience for a big group. Their inn and cooking school are beautiful. Cannot recommend it enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking course. Fulvio was easily able to cater for gluten free and was very knowledgeable. Lovely fresh ingredients and attention to detail made a beautiful lunch with well matched wines. The following night were were easily able to recreate the pasta recipes and we will definitely be using them again. Fluvio made us feel welcome and gave us further ideas for things to do in the area.
