When we arrived (in a TRIP from LA) we asked to use the restroom. They do not have a restroom to be used. You have to use your room restroom. The checkin process took 90 minutes (yes: 90 minutes). The person has no training on how to use the computer. She did not organized a line for the checkin. People arrived and she just bypass those that were waiting for the checkin earlier. After 90 minutes she gave us a room upstairs saying that there were no rooms available on the ground floor. After carrying all the baggage (4 people - including to children) upstairs, we entered the room and there was a strong smell of cigaret smoking (the hotel says it's smoking free). We came back to the checkin and, after 20' more minutes she gave us a room on the ground floor. We entered the room and SAME PROBLEM. Strong cigaret smoke smelling. We were just too tired to go to another hotel and we decided to spend the night at this location. Turned the heat on and a smell of wired/plastic burn started. Tuner heat despite the cold weather. The carpet was dirty and the sheets smells cigaret. In the middle of the night a car alarm started buzzing in front our our room. What a nightmare. They offer ”breakfast” however the breakfast is served in the checkin room. No tables, no chairs, only a 2 seats sofa. What a nightmare. Thanks god I spent only one night at this place. Terrible and very expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fortunately I only spent one night here. I was surprised by the lack of basic service and amenities: Before my arrival, I used the chat feature to ask about parking but never received a response. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk was unfriendly and charged me for parking without my consent. I asked about parking, making clear I was trying to decide whether to park my car at the hotel or somewhere else. She told me it was $35 for in and out privileges, I asked how much it would cost to park directly in the lot (since I did not need to go in and out) and she said ”I think it's $22 but just bring me your ticket” in a pretty rude tone. I was taken aback by her tone so I did not continue to engage in the conversation and I did not respond confirming I wanted parking, expecting I would pay directly with the lot, and later learned she charged me $35 anyway, plus a $5 tax she did not mention. No acknowledgement of Marriott Gold status, no upgrade, no explanation. I don't know if I received a welcome gift. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and there was a comically large plastic fan next to the TV. When I arrived to my room at 10 PM it was 80 degrees, so the fan was useful but I feel like they should probably fix the air conditioning or at least warn the occupant that it's broken. I would not stay here again.

Soundproofing is very bad, very noisy at night 1. The sound of the air conditioner is very noisy, and I can hear the sound of the host next door. 2. If you close the door, there is no light hand, you can hear it here and you will be woken up at night.

Large rooms, very clean, location in the CBD is very expensive during the conference, this is what Silicon Valley looks like. Backstage computing power is strong, I know when the number of passengers will go up immediately, the off-season is said to be cost-effective

It was actually a lot quieter than it was the time before that I had stayed there. Last time I was not happy at all and was not willing to go back but because of this time that I stayed I will be going back

Convenient location, not expensive to taxi from the airport! No breakfast, there is a restaurant downstairs, there is no place to play with the kids! It's okay to walk a few minutes next to the net red punch street!
