Hotels Near Grotto Shop and Ride in San Jose del Monte City

All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . Enjoy your stay

Location: Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead. *Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes. *Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it. Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead. Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym. Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.

The facilities are okay. The bedroom is spacious enough for two. The bathroom has water heater and bidet with strong water pressure. Wi-Fi signal is good 24 hours. The staffs and cleaners are accomodating. They are strict with the guests so it's good for security. The TV is TCL and has good signal. There's also a big mirror in the ceiling hehe the wall image design is awkward but not a concern. Overall it's good for its price 💯

Our family has often taken to staycations in Hotels within Manila to beat the usual traffic in and out of the Metro. Since the Holy Week would definitely be the height of traffic, we opted to choose up please that wouldn't take us more than an hour from Quezon City. We miss Baguio and seeing mountains and fresh cool breeze so Timberland was the 1st venue that came to mind. This place has often been a favorite of the university where I work for seminars conventions and recreational activities. Last January my husband and I tried it out for an overnight stay and we kept on telling ourselves it would be great to bring our kids back here. Since my kids are both adults I opted to get a separate room for them. Our kids asked if their friends could come along for the day pass which we agreed to. The Day pass allows them to use of amenities such as the swimming pool the covered courts and the rock climbing area which they thoroughly enjoyed. The fee also included an amount allotted for consumable food and drink at the cafe Ridge. I had made a reservation through their Viber account and I was assisted by Erica who assured me that my reservation stands. Upon arriving, at the lobby I was greeted by Aliyah and Kar greeted us cheerfully. Since we arrived before lunch our room was not yet available so it was recommended that we have snacks at Baker J or the cafe Ridge. We were also informed that we could use the pool and other amenities while we waited for our room could be available. My kids headed straight to the Rock Climbing facility and afterwards, the pool area which had a good view of the cityscape. At the cafe Ridge, we were attended to by JC who helped us rearrange the tables at the balcony since it had been raining and he wanted to make sure we would not get wet. Everything we ordered was delicious especially their burger where you can choose how you want it cooked so we chose medium well and although it took some time for it to be served it was worth the wait because it was juicy and flavorful. Later on I was informed via Viber that our rooms were available. Upon retrieving our key cards at the front desk I was greeted by Gina who recognized me from our previous day. Having a familiar face really makes this place feel like home which my family and I always look forward to in returning. We were granted adjacent rooms. I was so thankful that both rooms had really cold and strong air conditioning because the heat in Manila was just unbelievable. A few moments later Kar called to check up on us to make sure everything was in order. Later on, I would make inquiries through their handset phones and I was able to speak to Gina making inquiries about their activities for the weekend she gave a detailed description of what we could expect. After dinner, we went to the balcony where it was surprising to see an outdoor movie set up for the night. There was even a popcorn machine and a stand that sold churros first snacks. It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

The surrounding environment is good, there is a small park, very close to McDonald's, and there is a supermarket and barbecue shop downstairs, which is very convenient

This hotel has got it all! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff. They were so friendly and helpful that we felt like we were home. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed - shopping, transport, and all the exciting tourist spots! We never had to worry about a thing because the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. We were so impressed with our stay that we are already planning our next visit. This hotel is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for an exciting and unforgettable experience!

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

Neat and clean Very polite staff and accommodating Easy access location

Spa was mediocre. They need to improve on customer experience. Massage room too cold and no way to adjust temperature. No heated bed. Had to ask for more towels to keep me warm. Didn’t smell like a spa. Little musty. Therapist was good though. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious. Complete with kitchen in a 2BR Suite. Bathtub too high for short people and may cause accidents. There’s a washer dryer combo that technically only washed clothes and kept clothes damp. The dryer was not efficient and we checked out with still damp clothes. 3 associates came to the room and tried to solve the problem. Their suggestion was to wash the clothes again so it will trigger the dry cycle. Never worked. Waste of time and energy. Dryer should dry clothes. Period. Breakfast selection was good. Saw a little cockroach walk around the sushi area. 😲 The area can get so much traffic. Kalayaan Ave can get crazy busy. Give enough time and clear directions for your Grab diver if you want to make your appointments on time. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!
