Expensive compared to the other resort around. No food options in the cafeteria. Lacking of shed specially on the hot weather. Hard to go around as no shed. Very loud as they aloud karaoke party.

Location: Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead. *Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes. *Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it. Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead. Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym. Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. We booked an overnight stay because we had wedding to attend nearby. Though the drive up had some steep inclines we did not mind because when we arrived at the property, the view that greeted us more than made up for it. The lobby smelled so good and they had complimentary welcome drinks. The weather was also cooler because of the hotel’s location up in the mountain. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the other staff greeted us with a welcome smile. When we got to our room it was clean, spacious and cool. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The only things that need improvement on are: 1. The elevators were under maintainance so only PWD and seniors can use it 2. the complimentary instant coffee (funky taste) 3. Wish the buffet breakfast was available on weekdays too Overall, my husband and i had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps☺️

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
