Great!!!

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.

We've had a conflict in what room I paid for in the reception area, but it was resolved in a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, and has good airconditioning. The only problem we've had was with the internet and that there are no power sockets in the room we rented. Anyway we still enjoyed our stay, and we'll gladly return for another night

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. 1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

We booked an overnight stay because we had wedding to attend nearby. Though the drive up had some steep inclines we did not mind because when we arrived at the property, the view that greeted us more than made up for it. The lobby smelled so good and they had complimentary welcome drinks. The weather was also cooler because of the hotel’s location up in the mountain. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the other staff greeted us with a welcome smile. When we got to our room it was clean, spacious and cool. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The only things that need improvement on are: 1. The elevators were under maintainance so only PWD and seniors can use it 2. the complimentary instant coffee (funky taste) 3. Wish the buffet breakfast was available on weekdays too Overall, my husband and i had a great stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Hope this review helps☺️

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
