Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, good service, with children included. I really like the children's toy zone and swimming pool.

There are no restaurants nearby. So i had to order Grab food. The elevator door slammed on me suddenly quite hard. Be careful of it. Breakfast is the same everyday and very basic. Fresh coffee would have been nice. There was watermelon. There is also a vending machine for snacks with inexpensive prices. But nothing in it looked healthy. Room is spacious, clean, and very quiet especially at night. I loved listening to the birds sing. The aircon was rather noisy. There is a low cost 24h laundry service very close to the hotel. We showed up 8h early. The desk asked for a modest sum, only 500 bhat, for the early check-in.

The hotel location is very convenient for visitting the old city and One Nimman area. In the evening, there are local food vendors below the hotel. However, the restroom has a slight odor

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment recently and I must say that the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The decoration is stunning, with a unique style that I have never seen before. The staff were very attentive and even brought coconut water to my room shortly after check-in, which was a refreshing touch. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the availability of a juicer for fresh juices was a great addition that I appreciated. In the afternoon, there was a tea corner with a delightful selection of sweets and small cakes that were not only delicious but also presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that these treats were provided for free. Overall, I was very impressed by my stay and will definitely be coming back for another visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is very clean and comes with a fridge + freezer, microwave oven, dining table with chairs, balcony and television. The balcony was a little dirty but we could look past that. What we appreciated the most was the service as the housekeeping staff was very polite, efficient and took care of us really well. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs which you have to pay to use. The dryer didn't work well and our clothes were still wet after two rounds so we wasted some money on that. Location wise, it was 20 mins away from old city by car and you would have drive through some very narrow roads. However, it's close to a shopping mall and other necessary amenities. Overall, still a great place to stay.

Upon appearance this hotel looks rather elegant and really quite charming and in a great location, close to local markets and bars and a good base for tours. The lobby is gorgeous and the lady checking us in was very informative and polite. The room we were given on the 18th floor. (1826) was huge and although dated was still very nice and with a great view of the city. The pool area is lovely too, but as you can imagine the bar prices were expensive. The good ended there. The lifts take far too long to come down. There is an express lift but is no faster. The wifi is very hit and miss. The beds were awful and were sleeping on concrete blocks. Had the worst night’s sleep for the 1st of 2 nights. 2nd night we actually slept quite well but mainly due to being so tired from the night before. The shower is nothing but a trickle, and there is a ledge on the floor in the doorway when entering the bathroom which is very easy to trip over, maybe get some yellow tape on it. Breakfast was mainly catered for asians, not many western options at all, and what was there was grim, we had breakfast included but didn’t bother the next day. Over all it is good value for money and if they were to change the mattress I would stay again but the beds were just truly abysmal.

This is a brandnew hotel from the Nantra chain that has approximately 15 hotels. Be aware that on some booking sites the location is not indicated correctly. As the name suggests it is definitely at the river and NOT near the airport. By the time of writing of this review the location on the map still is wrong. I arrived early in the hotel, but could check in anyway 15 minutes later. Guang, reception manager arranged this. She was a very helpfull staff member with a great sense of service during my short stay. In my opinion the quality of this hotel is of very good standard.. Excellent price/quality ratio. There was a special promotion. The staff did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Apart from Guang, also other staff (bell boy , housekeeping, reception, restaurant staff) always were very friendly and helpful. Language problems I did not encounter, though I heard some other people talk about this. Great thing : coming back from Doi Suthep, I activated the airco and it had a problem. It was just half an hour before my checkout, they inspected, which took about 15 minutes and it needed repair. Guanf offered me immediately another room and later checkout. Great service, I had more than enough time to shower and pack. The rooms definitely were of very good quality, as you may expect from a 4 star property. Great matrasses and pillows, very good bathrooms with great shower. Perfect airconditioning. View from my room was just to the street, but I guess the view from the rooms at the other side is much nicer. My only tiny negative point : there are no bedlights, so if you want to read you have to put on the big room light, so some reading lights would be a good idea. Cleanliness and hygiëne were excellent. The swimming pool was tiny and located strangely between a part of the building and the restaurant. I felt the temperature of the water, it was good: not to warm not to cold, so if you want to freshen up, it is very good. There is a nice garden, leading to the river. with seating options. Breakfast was ok, from a 4 star property you might expect a bit more, especially when it is about international dishes. But this might change, once the hotel gets more guest coming from other countries. Omelet or other kind of egg was prepared freshly. There was toast bread, nfortunately no wholewheat bread. And as usual : there was yoghurt but only with added sugar. I wonder why. There are more and more guests who want to eat yoghurt with natural flavour and without added sugar. Coffee was good, because it came not from a tank but was freshly prepared, cup by cup. All in all the breakfast was ok, but it could do with some more variety and ameliorations. Location is ok, but if you definitely want to be on walking distance from the Night Bazar, this might be not your place. If you don't mind taking the red cabs that frequently come along, the trip is just a few minutes ( 30 baht for 1 person). So if you prefer a quiet and relaxing locatio

That day was my weekend that I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle from Bangkok, so I took the train to chill. When I arrived, I took a red car to the hotel. Staff raised hands to pay homage The head almost stuck on the ground, the service is very good, serving sweet water like eh .. It's hot and refreshed. Said that the customer stayed in room 700, I was shocked. Hey, there are 7 floors or not. Go up to the room is very wow, big room, double bed and see Doi Suthep view, not 360 but 180, very impressed. Sleep and rest in the evening.. Come down to the office, where is street food in Chiang Mai? Phong recommends to tell the way in a very friendly way. Cute in the northern way You say any word, Zhao, Zhao, Zhao, very smiling, and the breakfast is delicious. Even if I come down to eat for another 10 minutes, it will close. Will you receive anything more? Just now our restaurant is over time So I asked what to eat today. He said that there is Pad Thai. But it's time to close. The food is gone. I have stayed here for almost three weeks, and I just don't want to leave. The hotel offers a 5-star service at a 3-star price, and that itself is a reason to stay here. The rooms are comfortable, everything is immaculately clean, and everyone working here is kind and helpful. However, the main reason you want to stay here is to sign up for a pilates package. I'd never done pilates before, and I regret I didn't discover it ten years ago. The teachers here are amazing - they made me change my understanding of fitness and wellness. I feel lighter, more agile, yet stronger and more resilient - after just a dozen sessions. Add to that the healthy food and the calming ambience, and you will find that Welladee isn't just a hotel - it is a place that can change your life.

Overall good , nice and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Very appreciate for fulfilling our special request. Just one thing which was not satisfied is not provided toothpaste and toothbrushes. They are selling it. I think it’s a bad idea to sell it with this room price range. I think it should include with room amenities,just suggesting. However we had a great nights cuz of very comfortable bed. And the place is very close to central festival.
