San Mateo County Hotels with Gym

The hotel is great, the rooms are big, but the location is a bit remote. Suitable for couples traveling. All the toiletries in the room are from le labo, the experience is very good. It can be delivered right away if you ask for a microwave in the middle of the night, very good service.

Cleanliness 4 /4 Comfort 2/2 Services 1/2 Perks 0/2 Total 8/10 Room, bed, furniture, bathroom were all clean. Towels were clean. Beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was adequate. In-Room amenities were good (safe, fridge, ironing table). Microwave was also available in the room, Staffs were friendly. Parking quite a lot but had to pay. Wifi was very very bad, very slow and often disconnected. Location was good if you really have to catch an early flight.

The location and environment are good, but please note that if you drive, you need to pay $48 per night for parking, which is not very cost-effective

My son was a Stanford transplant patient and this hotel was recommended by the hospital so he would be close after discharge. The staff made sure that my son was comfortable and truly cared about him during our extended stay at the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and we highly recommend this hotel.

Every time I go to San Francisco, I will stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is relatively good, easy to travel, very close to the airport, about 20 minutes drive to the city center. It ’s the parking fee of this shop now, but compared to living in the city, it has to be accounted for a lot, and I will stay there in the future. The breakfast is a normal American breakfast, I feel OK

This hotel is a bit out of the way from the center of Redwood City but has very good amenities. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is odd that housekeeping service is optional and only on offer every other day at most. Another undesirable holdover of the COVID-19 pandemic. Nice pool and gym facilities on site. The Bistro in the lobby area serves Starbucks coffee, nice breakfasts and quick suppers. The pantry by the front desk has a good variety of snacks & refreshments on offer, though the prices are steep. Staff are friendly and helpful

This is your typical run-of-the-mill hotel made for business travelers. It's one of the smaller Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at, with narrower hallways and a small hotel lobby. Service is excellent here. Jose from front desk was super welcoming and gave me late checkout, no questions asked (probably due to platinum IHG status). Breakfast is your typical mass produced sausages and powdered eggs with other continental breakfast staples. Room was very comfortable. The only odd part is the bathroom door doesn't stay open. Otherwise, would 100% stay again.

We arrived early in the morning after a VERY long flight, and unfortunately our room wasn't ready. We understood - as ”formal” check in as only at 15. However- we were told that once the housekeeping will start their shift they will clean our room first (as it was already checked-out by the previous guest). We had to wait 4 hours, only to be allocated in a room with weird smell in which the shower tap was broken! So I wonder how could this room be just cleaned if you can't open the water in the shower? Anyway - we were immediately moved to another room (again - meaning they has at least 2 rooms ready from the start and we should not have waited so long). If I ignore the bad start - this hotel is very good and offer a nice place for tourists, while I suspect most of the guest are on business trips. The rooms are new and very clean with 2 large King beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large table. Breakfast was the best we saw in all of the US hotels we visited- with drinks, self made Waffle, bread, eggs, potatoes, milk and yogurt refrigerator and Oatmeal with plenty of things to add. Location is just off San Mateo and 15 Min drive to the airport.

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

The surrounding environment is good, I will stay at this hotel every time, although it is near the airport, it is very convenient to drive by car. Today, I am coming to change and renovate, but I feel that it is not as good as before. There is also parking for free before, and now parking starts to charge. I don't like to live in the city center. If there is no better choice, I should still choose here.
