El personal es muy amable y atento, desde la llegada te hacen sentir en casa, la decoración, patio y plantas están increíbles, la comida esta riquísima, definitivamente un lugar al que si regresamos!

Es una propiedad muy bonita, los jardines, muy única, cada área con mucho arte y la ubicación es excelente. Lo único es que debido a la ubicación el estacionamiento es complicado y te cobran 250 pesos por día. El check in fue un poco confuso por que te bajan del carro muy rápido. Y desafortunadamente no recibí los beneficios VIP. El spa estaba cerrado.

Everything was great. The only recommendation would be for the restroom door to close so light wouldn’t come through during the day when trying to sleep.

No vale lo que cuesta
No hay acceso para silla de ruedas como lo especifican, no incluye desayunos, el hotel es lo más incómodo del mundo, escalones demasiado altos y angostos
Aunque se reserve una habitación familiar de seis personas me dijeron que ese costo es para dos, me cobraron extra…aceptan mascotas pero también las cobran como si fuera otra persona más
Son unos abusivos, no lo recomiendo para nada
