The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a family stay, the staff was helpful and kind toward us

The parking service is terrible. I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get my car. On top of that, the cost per night is very high compared to many other places.
The staff are nice and cooperative.

Ayer llegamos al hotel ibis cancun centro, poco después de las 11 de la noche pues es a la hora que llego nuestro vuelo. En cancun todo cierra a las 11 de la noche por lo que no había donde comprar ni agua. Solicitamos a la recepción nos vendiera agua o nos vendiera de las de cortesía y su respuesta fue en su cuarto hay. Al llegar al cuarto no había agua por lo que le informamos al recepciónista y dijo que no podía hacer nada y no nos podía dar agua. Después de un vuelo de 10 hrs y 1.30 hrs para pasar migración fue muy desagradable no poder comprar una botella de agua en el hotel ni que nos proporcionaran la de cortesía...
