Lugar bonito y personal cálido. El trato es lo mejor, el desayuno estaba incluido y estaba delicioso. Puede mejorar el tiempo de espera en los alimentos. Por detalles como ruido exterior, limpieza en la cochera que es la 1a cara al llegar al hotel, le pude un punto menos, fuera de eso el lugar esta excelente si volvería.

Had a terrible stay. Our room Lavanda had whole night water pumping kind of sound going on. We could not sleep. Called staff to inform but he did not care blaming noise on next building which was not the case. he asked us to put ear plugs. Asked for room change, he said no rooms available. Bathroom sink issue..water did not drain. Breakfast was nice and so was the morning breakfast staff but things moved very slowly. Considering ongoing noise issue at this property, I would not stay here again.

Casa Maria Elena was amazing. The room was beautiful. The staff was amazing and they treated me like family. The breakfast was included for us, and the food was delicious. They will give you a list of recommended places in San Miguel Allende, in which is very helpful. I can not wait to be back and visit again.

Es un lugar encantador, desde antes de llegar la recepcionista fue muy atenta guiándome y nos recomendó excelentes lugares, el servicio de todo su personal es extraordinario, pasamos unos días bellísimos a lado de nuestra perrita y nuestra habitación era hermosa a un lado del jardín , fue el cumpleaños de mi novio y en el desayuno tuvieron un pastel y fue algo sorprendente donde el personal lo felicito y le hicieron pasar momentos muy agradables. Y la ubicación era súper cerca del centro, diario Caminábamos y disfrutábamos de las calles de San Miguel, pero lo que valoramos más es la calidad de su personal 🧡 gracias.

Very nice bed and breakfast; about a 10 minute walk to the center of San Miguel. The staff is very kind, and breakfast was included with a good selection of options and fresh juice every morning. We stayed in two rooms because we originally got the Olive room which unfortunately doesn't have AC, and was incredibly hot due to the time of year we visited. We then moved to the Orchid room which was very spacious and had AC. I would highly recommend you stay in the Orchid room if you are in San Miguel during the warmer time of year (we stayed late April/early May)
