Briefly, great location as it was close to El Centro but far enough away to be away from the din. In any case, the hotel was constructed and oriented to be very quiet (except for the occasional late -night revelers returning at 1 or 2 in the morning). Very clean, comfortable, modern, and aesthetically very pleasing. All of the staff was great; sincere, polite and friendly. A special shout-out to Ernesto. He is very well named as he is very ernest about helping.

The staff at Madi are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is quite nice as well. The rainfall showers are a highlight. I've heard others complain about the size of the standard rooms but I thought they were plenty large enough. There is a very nice rooftop with a great view. Also had the chilaquiles for breakfast which were delicious.

Hotel bonito y moderno pero con habitaciones muy encerradas, sin ventanas, todo al pasillo. Nos dieron upgrade después de darnos una habitación terrible. Zona de alberca muy pequeña y descuidada, servicio en entrenamiento, no habían de cosas anunciadas ni comida fuera del desayuno.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Madi. The rooms were very clean, staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect! Would definitely recommend.
