However, the customer service is zero, there was no one at the front desk neither when we arrived nor when we left, they treated us poorly, they did not tell us what there was in the hotel that we could enjoy, they tell you about a unique experience and sincerely I didn't have any experience, the TV in my room didn't even work, I paid $5,000 just to sleep. They also say they are pet friendly and I understand that a fee will be charged, but they don't tell you about it until you arrive at the hotel.
