This is a hidden gem in San Miguel. The house is large with a delightful patio and a lot of flowers, with a nice terrace on the top.The perfume of orange trees and jasmin were incredible. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent. highly recommended.

Just a few complaints to start off with. The bed in room number 5, it was horrible, HARD as the floor you were walking on, for a place this beautiful it should have a better bed. Breakfast, they served you breakfast every morning which we did not know until our LAST day there. Kinda ****** since it was an expensive stay. They also will arrange a shuttle to airport and do your laundry again we did not know those things. Overall even with those few things it was still a solid 9 on our scale of 1-10. The hotel was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the staff we did see and speak with was so sweet and helpful. When we return we will stay here again.

El hotel está muy bonito, sin embargo los precios son muy elevados para lo que ofrecen. Entiendo que San Miguel ha subido mucho (espero no les suceda como a Cancún, ojo con eso). En este momento San Miguel tiene muchos hoteles que en su mayoría son B&B, y considero que el costo no debería ser como en un hotel de cadena porque no es igual. No pueden cobrar lo mismo que un Holiday Inn o un Crowne Plaza. Nos tocò que el desayuno se nos enfriara y ciertas partes de la habitación estaban algo sucias. Hay servicios indispensables y que hacen mucha falta, como tener un teléfono en la habitación y que haya alguien pendiente del hotel por las noches. Fuera de eso, el personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, cerca de todas las áreas de interés.
