I only booked for a few days , because we like to check it out before we book for the whole trip . We stayed an extra day , but we would have been happy to stay here for any length of time . We only left because we went to Belize City . We drove the island many times , I do not think there is a cleaner safer place . If there was , we would have moved . The staff was perfect . Make sure you rent their golf carts . I would be very proud to own this place . I would sleep very good .

The apartment building is meticulously maintained with very comfortable, extremely clean accommodations. Staying on the 4th offers a great (you’ll have to climb the steps) and there’s a rooftop pool which offers both sun rise and sunset view. Outdoor table/chairs to enjoy the OCEAN VIEW! Also balcony on the street side! This place is quaint and unique, an oasis in the heart of San Pedro. There is cart parking and privacy gate. Highly recommend this property which is steps from the ocean.

Very clean and beautiful rooms. Great roof top bar and pool. Super friendly guests. If you need I golf cart …. Rent from these people as well. That was our biggest mistake when we traveled to San Pedro They picked us up at the airport. Top notch staff Will be back!

Great place to stay with family. We highly recommend staying on the 4th floor which had the least amount of street noise, is closest to the pool and had an incredible sunset view from your private porch. It is a good idea to rent the golf cart through them directly and it gives you the option to see the island.

Wonderful host and staff. This was our second time staying here and everything was awesome. Best sunrise and sunset on the Caye! Condos and site are kept very clean and pristine. Location is perfect, many dining places within walking distance. Be sure to check out Hurricanes for dinner or a day of lounging in the Caribbean. We will definitely be going back.

Casa del Rai Guest House is the place to stay. Being south of the bridge on Ambergris Caye, it's super easy to walk to many activities: over water restaurants/bars, artisan market, and town. We have stayed three times now - 2021, 2023 & 2024 - each two weeks at a time. The owners and housekeeper live on the main level. There is also a person who comes daily to work in the building. All of the individuals are trust worthy and so friendly. The gated entry, which is locked each evening, adds a layer of comfort & security. Golf carts are available to rent and are in good working order and nice to have on hand to rent daily or weekly basis. Costs are similar to rent from other spots. Each condo available has a table & chairs on an outdoor patio - the 4th floor gets to see the sunrise, but roof access is available for all to see. The sunset available on the pool level is beautiful. The pool on the roof is great, along with the bar/hut and lounge chairs. Our crew has used the pool many times! The internet connection has no issues. You can keep up on work if needed. A full kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and stove/oven (rarely used! ;-). A veggie stand and bakery across the street are super convenient. A perfect home away from home! We've stayed in Citrus (2-bedroom) and Teal (1-bedroom) - both on the 4th floor.
