The staff was extremely helpful and friend. Go in November when there is no seagrass. The hotel offers free bike rentals!

There is wi-fi but NO INTERNET CONNECTION, no free breakfast. It’s very small, the pool too small to swim. Please read the review not just look at the photo like me. Seaweed smell so bad can’t even sleep all night.

Shout out to Javier and James! These two men were so welcoming and had all the answers! The room was almost sound proof; rain is always heard no matter where you are. Grounds were well kept. Would stay at Mata Rocks again.

The staff and people that were regulars at the bar were amazing. The place was clean and beautiful! Brian set us up with some really good tours. We will definitely be coming back!

Super quiet and private, the pool needs some TLC, no local tv channels, wifi works excellent, clean and comfortable rooms, good parking lot, bring your own coffee bag for the coffee maker, good safety box, cool staff, highly recommend to request second floor room with private balcony..

Lovely small hotel along the beach with very comfortable beds and super friendly attentive staff. Bryant was very helpful! Beach front but not a swim beach. Food was great. Could likely use a restock of kitchenettes but anything we didn’t have, staff got for us. Very attentive. Recommended local places to eat that were a hot and decently priced golf cart suggestions. Would recommend if you want to be a little out of town and like to cook a few of your own meals.
