The location is very good. An easy walk pretty much anywhere around town. They take care of their beach, or get lucky, as there is less sea grass and thus less smell. The pool was a bit warm, but that is the weather, and needs a resurfacing, but nothing major. The staff was always helpful, no hassles, room was well cared for. The rooms are decently large with a separate bedroom, balcony, bathroom, living room, kitchen, wifi, etc. No elevator, so if on the 3rd floor like we were then you trek yourself. We had a sea view room. Our dive boat out of Belize Pro Dive Center picked us up on the dock out front, so no need to go anywhere to dive but the beach. We were pretty pleased there overall.

Spacious and clean room. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. It is also on a noisy street in the town of San Pedro. But that means you can walk to all nearby restaurants and stores and will not need to rent a golf cart every time you want to go to eat which is the case for those who stay in resorts outside the town. It is a good trade-off. The only downside of the hotel is its teeny tiny pool. Food is expensive but of decent quality.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and fresh fruit. Never needed to use a golf cart. Golf carts are overwhelming at times. Too many. Being close to everything (dive shops, restaurants, etc) is such a plus for a family group (8 infant). The rooms are great—full kitchen and coffee always available. Would stay again.

Fantastic location in town but on the dead end part of Barrier Reef Drive so you don't get much of the street noise. Beachfront suite was very nice with a nice size balcony to relax on. Swimming pool was small but never crowded. The place does not have a swimming beach in front on it but neither do most places in downtown San Pedro. The pool side restaurant has a all you can eat buffet on Wed and Sat with a live one man band. Really noisy from 6p - 9p but back to normal after that. Nice sized kitchen. Biggest issue with the room was that the A/C unit was right by the separate bedroom so that room was 10+ degrees cooler than the rest of the suite. Vanessa and Abbrianie at the front desk were fantastic. They booked a couple tours and a golf cart rental for us. They gave lots of helpful recommendations and insight on the island. We thought about staying at a resort away from downtown and renting a golf cart but very glad we didn't. Downtown San Pedro has an insane amount of golf cart traffic and parking would be a serious issue. Loved being able to walk the entire downtown from the hotel.

I can not express my gratitude enough for the amazing service. Adrianne is the best! She helped my family when we were in a difficult time. Thank you for the best time and all the help. There were no rooms avail le at Easter on the island but Sunbreeze Suites always come through

Very convenient and walkable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with booking a golf cart for us. My only complaint would be that we woke up with bug bites every morning.

For many years we have found this an absolutely favorite place to stay and always a wonderful experience all around in the heart of town. Management and staff are all very friendly and helpful, the units are well appointed and the new mattresses are very comfortable. The on site restaurant/bar, Jambel's, has great food and drink for all 3 meals and a very special/economical buffet on Wed. and Sat. nights with live entertainment.

This is a lovely hotel. The suites were really nice as the bedroom was separated from the main area. That made not disturbing others very easy. The patio looking onto the ocean was fabulous!!! It is in the heart of San Pedro, which means everything is close by. We loved that, but it also means it can be a bit loud. Staff was friendly and helpful! Both the women in the lobby were capable and quite helpful. Alex in the restaurant was great! It is not really a resort, the pool is small, but available. My only negative was many times showering, there was only lukewarm water. That being said I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel!
