What a delightful place to stay! Oceanfront views were lovely winding down at the end of day, also lovely waking up to watch the sunrise. Well stocked kitchen with all basic needs (plates, utensils, cups), great working freezer and fridge, great tv with variety of channels, great working AC and ceiling fans. The staff were extremely attentive and thorough when answering my questions. I enjoyed restaurants suggestions and wished my trip weren’t so short! Next time I will be returning with my family (this time was just a solo trip to refresh- and this location did not disappoint!) As my trip was only a few days, it was super convenient to be near everything- shops, many restaurants and many tour operators. 10/10 recommend!

15/10 experience! Thank you thank you! Highly recommended, staff is awesome and rooms are beautiful. Was very pleased by the cleanliness and the drinks are phenomenal. The location is elite, make sure you rent a golf cart but not needed to walk to the restaurants and explore the town.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is perfect for activities and close walking distance to restaurants. The bedrooms in our unit was quiet when the door closed.

Loved SunBreeze Suites and the staff were great. Tried to use the pool but too cold. Really liked our little condo and the extra amenities.
However we hated San Pedro & will not be back.

The location is very good. An easy walk pretty much anywhere around town. They take care of their beach, or get lucky, as there is less sea grass and thus less smell. The pool was a bit warm, but that is the weather, and needs a resurfacing, but nothing major. The staff was always helpful, no hassles, room was well cared for. The rooms are decently large with a separate bedroom, balcony, bathroom, living room, kitchen, wifi, etc. No elevator, so if on the 3rd floor like we were then you trek yourself. We had a sea view room. Our dive boat out of Belize Pro Dive Center picked us up on the dock out front, so no need to go anywhere to dive but the beach. We were pretty pleased there overall.

Spacious and clean room. Very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. It is also on a noisy street in the town of San Pedro. But that means you can walk to all nearby restaurants and stores and will not need to rent a golf cart every time you want to go to eat which is the case for those who stay in resorts outside the town. It is a good trade-off. The only downside of the hotel is its teeny tiny pool. Food is expensive but of decent quality.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and fresh fruit. Never needed to use a golf cart. Golf carts are overwhelming at times. Too many. Being close to everything (dive shops, restaurants, etc) is such a plus for a family group (8 infant). The rooms are great—full kitchen and coffee always available. Would stay again.

Fantastic location in town but on the dead end part of Barrier Reef Drive so you don't get much of the street noise. Beachfront suite was very nice with a nice size balcony to relax on. Swimming pool was small but never crowded. The place does not have a swimming beach in front on it but neither do most places in downtown San Pedro. The pool side restaurant has a all you can eat buffet on Wed and Sat with a live one man band. Really noisy from 6p - 9p but back to normal after that. Nice sized kitchen. Biggest issue with the room was that the A/C unit was right by the separate bedroom so that room was 10+ degrees cooler than the rest of the suite. Vanessa and Abbrianie at the front desk were fantastic. They booked a couple tours and a golf cart rental for us. They gave lots of helpful recommendations and insight on the island. We thought about staying at a resort away from downtown and renting a golf cart but very glad we didn't. Downtown San Pedro has an insane amount of golf cart traffic and parking would be a serious issue. Loved being able to walk the entire downtown from the hotel.
