We came to Belize for my birthday/scout for our retirement home and the staff here was AMAZING, KIND, FRIENDLY and just made our stay so enjoyable. Every single staff from the bartenders, security, housekeeping, restaurant staff, concierge EVERYONE we would DEFINITELY come back. Belize itself was AMAZING!!!!!!

The stay was nice the staff was great big shout out to Eric he was amazing thank you for all your help!! The rooms was clean the pools were nice

This is a gorgeous property. Nice views. The gym exceeded my expectations. The grounds were nice. Decent restaurants. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because I expected a level of service reflective of the price tag AND THAT , IT DOES NOT HAVE. At the pool bar, I ordered food, I had a special order, no bacon, sauce on the side. My order came out and there was bacon and the dressing on my salad was on the side although it was the sauce on the burger I asked for on the side. This was the first day, first meal so I didn't complain, I just "noted" it. On my second day, I awoke to an ant infestation in my room, which compromised my comfort and enjoyment. The ants were present all over the bathroom sink. They were crawling all over my toiletries, my toothbrush and the tray of washcloths that sat on the counter. The ants were also on some clothing I'd left in the bathroom and there were ants in the bed! I first noticed the ants only in the bathroom and called down to the front desk about the situation. I was told someone would come and spray the room. When I noticed the ants in my clothes and bed. I called the front desk again informing them of such and requesting a new room. The first time I called, Blanca answered, the second time I called, Jolene answered. I was told by Jolene that my complaint needed to be verified! I am not sure why I would lie about an ant infestation but more surprisingly there was no offer for laundry service of my clothes. I thought they would come to the room immediately to "verify" so I left for breakfast. I was gone two hours, returned about 12:15pm and my room had not even been serviced. The bed still unmade, ants still everywhere. I was leaving back out (still in my t-shirt and shorts I slept in because the towels had ants crawling on them and my clothes had to sit outside on the balcony to make sure the ants were gone) and stopped by the front desk. They were "surprised" to find that no one had come to service my room. They still were saying they would deep clean my room and spray as opposed to giving me a new room. When I came back, from my errand, the room had been serviced but the ants were still there ( I have video footage). I called to the front telling them the situation and demanding a new room. I was told there would be a room for me on the third floor but it was not ready yet. Housekeeping came by and said she deep cleaned the room and changed all the linens. I then showed her the ants which she had nothing to say. Her manager then came by and I showed her as well. She said they were sugar ants and do not bite. Obviously, I don't care. After they left I sat in the room waiting to hear from the front desk about the new room. At about 1:30pm the front desk called verifying that the housekeeping manager had come by and ASKING IF I STILL NEEDED A NEW ROOM! This was unbelievable. This was the last day of my stay and I can't believe I'd lost most of it waiting on some se

We really enjoyed our stay! The Vista Suites are huge. Food was really good. The staff were all great! Minnie is just a gem and so is Henry!

The whole experience is wow! The resort is very intimate, easy to navigate around. The views here are amazing. The rooms are so spacious, with a lot of balconies. The location is 10min from the airport. There are several restaurants and the food is stupendous! Nick made fresh healthy juices every morning. We will be back.

Christie did an excellent job of house cleaning. She was friendly and cheerful and answered any questions we had. The hotel, pool, and food was excellent. All staff were very friendly and accommodating
