Bel hôtel, parking très pratique et spa au top. Excellent petit dej. Réceptionniste parlait français ! Nous avons dîné sur place et c’était très bon.

Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

Be careful when booking Villa Sylva SPA, Google map takes you to the city center, this hotel is not in the city center, it is about 4 km from the center. Old hotel, only one elevator, if the elevator breaks and you have suitcases it will be a problem. More like a 2 star hotel.

Nonfunctional A/C that was not fixed even if we told the reception several times. We just got a small tablefan instead. We just got a small discount after that we had a discussion with the direction.

Petite pépite cachée au bout d une voie sans issue. La chambre (210) était parfaite et qu'elle vue !!!! Le personnel est charmant. Parking 8€/nuitée. L hôtel est un peu excentré mais en 15/20 minutes à pieds vous accédez au centre historique. Ils louent aussi des vélos. Le Petit déjeuner vaut le coup et il est bien fourni.

The hotel was ok. Very tiny room. Although I booked this stay as a VIP member; they did not openly offer the VIP benefits. I had to go back to the desk to ask about the sparkling wine which they then brought to room. I was not upgraded even when I could see better rooms available - they said it is not guaranteed. Even though I could show her parking credit was a VIP benefit offered at booking, the receptionist said not offered at their hotel. I was not charged when checked out by a different receptionist. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but he brought my carpaccio and we waited at least 10-15 minutes for them to bring my husbands. It was NOT noted when booking that the hot tub is an extra cost of 20 Euros per person for one hour. The hot tub was the reason we booked this hotel but did not use due to cost and time limit. Should be disclosed as part of offer when booking hotel.

Siamo stati nella spa dell’hotel. È ben arredata ma un po’ troppo piccola, infatti nella sauna in due si inizia a stare un po’ stretti e poi c’è solo una vasca idromassaggio oltre la spa. Se ci fosse stato qualcosa in più avrei dato sicuramente cinque stelle

Wir haben als Paar mit Hund eine Nacht in der Villa Sylvia übernachtet und empfehlen das Hotel wärmstens weiter. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit Meersicht und einen großen Eckbalkon. Das Hotel ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen, alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben im Hotel zu Abend gegessen sowie gefrühstückt, auf unseren Wunsch hin, den Hund mitzunehmen, wurde uns am Abend ein Tisch bei der Bar gedeckt und am Morgen einer draußen auf der Terrasse, perfekt. Das Essen war sehr gut, frisch und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allgemein empfehlen wir dieses Hotel allen, die ein kleines Hotel, mit engagierten, freundlichen Personal schätzen. Das Hotel liegt zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten von der Altstadt von San Remo entfernt. Es hat einen kleinen Hundepark in 8 Minuten Fussdistanz sowie kann man an der Leine laufend, auf dem Fahrradweg stadtein- oder auswärts laufen.
