Courteous and helpful host, clean environment, spacious room, it's just a shame that it is on the 3rd floor without a lift and that the night switches of the lights in the stairs are not illuminated. However, the stay was ok, the bb is perfectly positioned in the center of everything.

The room at Emily Room is perfect for people who want to be within walking distance of everything. Access is easy and cleanliness is impeccable.

The room we stayed in was small and not very clean. There was hair on the bed and dust everywhere. The smell was terrible. The TV remote control didn't work and there was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We definitely won't be back.

Devo ancora lasciare la struttura, ma la qualità del servizio è ottima, e ho il piacere di scrivere subito. Emily Room, ha diverse caretteristiche molto positive. 1. È a due passi dalla via principale, ma la sua posizione, (via Gaudio) è una traversina che seppur animata di sera, è comunque animata piacevolmente da turisti che consumano al ristorante, ed in più è chiusa al traffico. Praticamente, se uno non ha voglia di spostarsi per cena, gli basta aprire il portone, e scegliere in quale del 7 ristorantini sedersi! Per me, ottimo! . 2. È a due passi -davvero due!- dal Teatro Ariston. Dunque, se serve trovare una accomodation vicina al Teatro, questa è praticamente a meno di 100 metri a piedi. . 3. La pulizia delle camere è perfetta, ed in aggiunta la responsabile dell'house keeping, è gentile, sempre pronta ad essere utile. . 4. Letto comodissimo. Più in generale, la mobilia e l'arredo sono gradevoli alla vista, e nuovi. . 5. Assistenza puntuale, cortese, e funzionale. Ho avuto un problema con il codice elettronico della chiave per aprire la porta, ma Emily, la Responsabile è stata davvero di aiuto, rispondendomi su Whatsapp appena pochi attimi dopo il mio messaggio di aiuto, nonostante fosse -ahimè- mattina presto. La gentilezza e la cordialtà nella ricettività al pubblico sono tutto, ed Emily è stata davvero sempre gentile. . 6: Precisoine e cura nella gestione delle informazioni al cliente. Le chiavi, la password di internet, i codici di ingresso delle camere, sono gestiti con una facilità e precisione che denota molta cura per il dettaglio da parte dei Responsabili: questo non è un dettagli da poco. . Se dovessi capitare nuovamente da queste parti, potrei seriamente considerare di soggiornare nuovamente qui.

I stayed on August 25th with my family. We had a good time. As it should be when you rent an apar**ent, clean, tidy and organized like a hotel room. This host was!! Cleanliness, attention to the customer, towels, bubble bath, a small hall with water available, coffee and croissants in the morning. Comfortable bed (very important) It is in the center, the only flaw is that 3 floors with heavy suitcases remains complicated. but on the website warns us of this inconvenience. Everything ok I recommend it to everyone.
