Non esiste punto di Accoglienza. La reception è costituita da una piccola stanza dove in un angolo sono poste due poltrone ed un divanetto. La colazione era a parte con pagamento di € 10 a testa . Abbiamo preferito farla al bar. La Camera quadrupla con aperti i letti non dava la possibilità di muoversi ( i letti erano tutti attaccati ). Frigorifero non funzionante. L’unica finestra aveva vista su un muro dell’edificio confinante distante pochi metri . Non si vede altro. Soggiornato per tre notti , ci sono stati due giorni di pioggia e non avendo neanche un ombrello abbiamo chiesto un ombrello di cortesia per uscire: non avevano alcun ombrello a disposizione e abbiamo dovuto restare in camera . Abbiamo chiesto due fogli per far disegnare i bambini e ci è stato risposto che non vendono fogli . Esperienza negativa.

Di buono c'é solo la posizione, nel centro di Sanremo. Camera spaziosa ma squallida, tappezzeria sdrucita che si stacca dal muro, nessun quadro alle pareti, molto rumore. Bagno grande, ma non ci stanno gli asciugamani, posti sul divano. Colazione da pensione Cinzia, un tavolo con sopra qualche fetta di prosciutto e formaggio, bevande calde nel thermos, marmellate confezionate; mancava persino il pane tostato; e questo nonostante la buona volontà della ragazza presente che si é persino offerta di farci un uovo, se proprio lo volevamo. Fanno pagare 26 euro il parcheggio interno, se lo trovi. Nessuna gentilezza da parte del personale della reception, se reception si può chiamare un pezzo di corridoio in cui devi entrare di striscio. Non potevano fare scelta peggiore.

Wir waren mit einer grossen Reisegruppe unterwegs. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und das Badezimmer ist neu. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Leider war das Abendessen lieblos und das Frühstück noch schlimmer (lauwarmer Instantkaffee!). Den guten italienischen Espresso mussten wir extra bezahlen. Vielleicht lag es an der grossen Reisegruppe, dass das Personal demotiviert oder gestresst war. Positiv ist, dass das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist und man zum Essen in Gehnähe viele gute Angebote findet.

Siamo stati tre notti con la famiglia,veramente un bel hotel,camera molto bella e grande,tutti molto gentili,hotel molto accogliente,a 2 passi dal corso e dall' Ariston,la colazione vale la spesa,l unico neo é il parcheggio che anche se davvero comodo,un po' troppo caro a mio parere,però non so quanto si risparmierebbe se uno la lascia la macchia in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento,ma in ogni caso lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di poterci tornare presto.

Ho prenotato tramite mail 3 mesi prima per un gruppo di 14 persone 10 camere. Sulla mia richiesta avevi scritto 2 NOTTI DA VENERDI A DOMENICA ma la data avevo messo lunedi anziche domenica. Un paio di ore prima dell arrivo sono stata contattata dall hotel dicendomi che avevo 10 min di tempo per decidere se annullare il tutto o confermare perché la mia richiesta era di 3 notti anziché 2. Inutile dire che non hanno letto che avevo scritto 2 notti e fino a domenica. Non c'è stato modo di poter trovare una soluzione ( un paio di ore prima dell arrivo trovare alloggio per 14 persone) se non pagare a vuoto la 3 notte senza usufruirne. Ah si dimenticavo.. Ci hanno offerto la colazione! Non consiglio questo hotel e la loro gestione a nessuno. A parte la posizione dell hotel tutto il resto un disastro. Dalla pulizia delle camere (io ho trovato il cestino nel bagno pieno , bottiglie vuote nel cassetto sotto il lavandino e i prodotti per pulire nel bagno) oltre le tazze del caffè usate il giorno dopo erano ancora sul tavolino. Hôtel bien situé pour les rues piétonnes et restaurants, par contre les "plages" à proximité ne sont vraiment pas terribles… Petit déjeuner agréable et serveuse très sympathique. Accueil agréable mais surprise pour bénéficier du parking payant, nous devons laisser nos clés, cela surprend… Chambre beaucoup moins jolie que sur les photos. Le truc qui m’a vraiment déplu, c’est les femmes de ménage qui entrent dans la chambre, sans frapper et malgré le panneau "Do not disturb " sur la porte … et ceci 3 fois quand même…

Abbiamo preso una stanza superior. Bella e spaziosa. Frigobar con all'interno solo posto per 2 bottiglie. Ottima posizione. Si affaccia direttamente sull'Ariston. Essendo al centro del paese nella stanza si sente sempre rumore. L'insonorizzazione non è il massimo come l'aria condizionata (un pelo rumorosa). Il parcheggio è inesistente. Anche se prenotato in anticipo se poi arrivano prima tanti suv, occupano tutto lo spazio, e non ti danno più il posto che tra l'altro costa come il parcheggio sotterraneo. L'entrata dell'hotel in mezzo alle auto infatti non è un bel biglietto da visita. Camera pulita ma asciugamani no. Abbiamo trovato SEMPRE delle macchie. Personale comunque gentile e disponibile
