Lots of dust under the bed, and very noisy bed when you turn over, bathroom products scarce. Otherwise the rest perfect.

aucune isolation au niveau des volets, aucune isolation au niveau des fenêtres, simple vitrage. J’ai fait couler l’eau dans la baignoire elle coulait marron. Seul joli. Nous nous avons la vue sur la piscine, malheureusement celle-ci est fermée jusqu’au mois de juin juin mais nous étions prévenus. L’établissement est très vieillissant. Il a besoin vraiment d’un coup de jeune, je n’y reviendrai pas pour toute l’heure du monde. San Remo est une ville très très vieillissante, je suis vraiment déçue

Hotel di grandi dimensioni con spazi comuni datati ma d'impatto. Servizio discreto, buona la colazione.Le camere purtroppo avrebbero bisogno di un po di ristrutturazione e la televisione è un po piccola. Consigliato per chi non ha particolari esigenze.

Imbarazzante e’ dire poco. Camere non insonorizzate, si sente perfettamente parlare dalle altre camere che sembrano essere condivise (separate da una sola porta e da muri di cartongesso), finestre con infissi dell’anteguerra (si sentono perfettamente i camion per la pulizia della strada dalle 4:30 della mattina in poi). Materasso duro, pulizia scadente, intonaco cadente dal bagno e dalla camera. Acqua calda non funzionante ed acqua dalla vasca da bagno che esce solo dal rubinetto e non dal sifone. Asciugamano trovato sporco di rosso-marrone, asciugamano da bidet trovato bucato. Il peggior hotel della mia vita. Alla mia richiesta di delucidazioni e alle mie lamentale la risposta e’ stata: “ne parlerò con il responsabile che ora non c’è”. Evitate come la peste.

A lovely large old hotel overlooking sea in San Remo. It was obviously very grand in it's day. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Room was a good size and lots of toiletries provided in bathroom.
Pool was lovely, a good size and a with poolside bar. We found space easily but in peak season i imagine it would very busy as space around pool is limited in comparison to size of hotel.
Excellent location for beach and to walk to town centre. Supermarket and shops vlise by.
Plenty parking.
