Simple, some things still need finishing but very kind in welcoming the customer. We have been there several times and always welcomed very well, the rooms have a unique view of Sanremo, are welcoming and clean. Breakfast is a strong point. I think that in some time, once the last things to be fixed are completed, it could become a strong point of this area. I forgot, 5 minutes from the center, very convenient.

Stay from Sunday January 31 to 4, 2024. Good location with sea view, for breakfast. Parking possible at the hotel, otherwise there is a large car park right next door, there is a sheltered location for motorbikes. Just below the hotel there is a superb cycle and pedestrian path along the coast. The smiling and friendly welcome as well as the cleanliness staff. I recommend this hotel 4km from the center of San Remo.

Clean hotel, clean room, nothing to say. Small downside about the noisy air conditioning and the bedding, one of the beds in the two rooms reserved is uncomfortable. Otherwise hotel which does not resemble large chain hotels, old-fashioned family spirit. Smiling and helpful staff. I would go back.
